I specialise in strength and alignment of the body for dancers and dance students. I provide 1 on 1 coaching with homework given and a comprehensive program for each student to follow. I have a keen eye for detail and teach in a supportive and encouraging manner. I have recently helped students gain places at Tring park, Elmhurst and RB associates plus many more. Aside from this, I also teach pilates for those who need some mindful movement to regain mobility and suppleness in their bodies.
