Hatha Yoga is a traditional practice of yoga. You will build your flexibility, strength and balance with softness and fun. It's recommended for beginners who wants to discover yoga, intermediate who wants to improve or advanced for keeping moving forward on their journey. My classes always included pranayama (breath technics), warm-up and of course, relaxation.
A Vinyasa practice is made for awaking your energy in the whole body. We link the yoga asana (poses) a little bit like a choreography. This practice can be slow or more intense depending on your needs. Any level is welcome for this class!
The core is the center of the body. Here are the benefit of increasing the strength of your core: -It will give you a better posture in your daily life when you walk, when you seat, etc. -It will give you a better alignment in your yoga practice - It can help you to reduce backpain issues - you will feel stronger in your mind, too. All levels are welcome!
