    Using nutritional science to address your health and well-being concerns and any possible nutritional imbalances. Whether you would like support with: Weight management Hormonal imbalances Sports/fitness performance Digestive health Mood & brain health A registered nutritional therapy practitioner can support you with realistic recommendations to help you get there. Session one: we will fill out a diet and lifestyle questionnaire together to better understand where you are now and where you would like to be in terms of health and nutrition goals. We will then discuss the basic components of a healthy diet. Session two*: if you choose to opt for a follow up session, I will run through an in depth analysis of your diet (macronutrient and micronutrient levels) and together we will set some nutrition goals for you to follow.
