"One cannot think well, love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well." Virgina Woolf was absolutely right. And when literature also encounters the principle that dining well is even at the basis of a correct functioning of the human intellect, we can only learn how to do it. So cooking and reading have been two of my family's favorite activities for generations. From my grandmothers I learned the basics and the passion for cooking, while traveling I began to experiment with taste and, living alone, to reproduce flavors that recreated real memories.
