I will then give you very specific training, personalized and adapted to your body and your goals. You will have daily monitoring from me and we will adapt the program weekly according to your progress. This continuous monitoring, in parallel with my daily comments and advice, will allow you to maximize your potential. I will also support you on your nutritional plan with very simple and easy to apply bases. I will offer you a nutritional service in order to have a diet adapted to the sports training offered and thus optimize your results. We can do a short video session at the start of each week to explain the new program to you, all the exercises you will have to do and take stock of your progress. 2- it will also be daily monitoring, we will do two video sessions/week (40 minutes each). We will do the exercises together during the session and then I will give you the program that you will continue to do alone for the rest of the week 3- At the end of your sports assessment, I will offer you a program in line with your objectives. We will do the exercises together during the classes and we will adapt them according to your progress during each of our next sessions. As training alone is not enough to achieve the objectives, in all formulas I will offer you a nutritious program to follow which will evolve throughout and which will be based on your sports results and your objectives.
