I have good experience of teaching mathematics and physics at college and university level. My goal is to keep students motivated and challenged but not overwhelmed. I assign homework after every lesson and schedule test one time in a week to keep record of student's progress. Tests are not to pressurize student but for me to know which area needs more attention.
