Healthy eating is all about the principles that you need to follow when preparing food. We have one body, one life, and we need to take responsibility for it. I have my regular job, working (sitting) 10+ hours a day, plus a side business. But this is not an excuse. You can always find time to prepare something healthy. I want to share this with you and motivate you to feel much better. This is a prerequisite for success.
