These skills will stay with pupils and enlighten their entire academic tenure. Finally, my role is also about offering guidance to students in terms of their current issues, academic future and potential career paths. My educational system is a result of years of lessons I myself learned progressing through the academic arena all the way to university level. In addition, it encompasses all the research I have conducted in self-improvement, effective study skills and successful leadership. These methods have been tested and proven successful. It is always a pleasure to meet Phil for our weekly online French classes. He is a patient and kind teacher and always full of energy for our class. Phil is interested in a wide range of topics, so we always have something to talk about based on an article he selected as 'homework'. What I really appreciate about his way of teaching is that he corrects me during our conversation without breaking the flow of our talk, so I can really feel my confidence in speaking French increasing each class. Rayen made an effort to contact me prior to the lesson to determine my level and inquire what I wished to focus on. She also called at the agreed upon time. These may seem like minor details, but not all teachers do these. She had appropriate level material ready to share and go over for the lesson. She made corrections as needed and readings were repeated as necessary. My only suggestion would be that she speak a bit more slowly. but this is a matter of individual taste.
