In this yoga class, the focus will be YOU. This is an online one-on-one yoga class that is suited for beginners who don't want to go to the studio but would like to start practicing Yoga. I will create classes for you based on what would you like to focus on, whether it is your breath, your core, or your back while keeping in mind that no two bodies are alike. I will not force you to do poses that are not safe for you. We will always move within a pain-free range.

I am Fawzi, Arab, Muslim, Moroccan, specialist in language sciences and literature, French teacher and I give particular sessions on the Islamic religion; its Pillars, faith, comparison studies between the major religions, detecting the points of connection between them too, while basing on mutual respect.

AnnieWhat "Taking Care of Yourself" Means Through Meditation
. Through meditation and visualization exercises, I propose to give you the keys to live better, to live the life of your dreams. Through these sessions you will regain control and become the creator of your life, like a Michelangelo shaping his David. Our collaboration can be structured around 3 themes:
1. Live better in this world: Here we will be working on aspects of life that, when improved, make things so much more enjoyable. I want to talk, among other things, about managing your stress, identifying and preventing burnout, the relationship with oneself and with others, etc.
2. Realize your dreams: In these sessions, it will be through visualization exercises and work on our vibrations that we will seek the realization of our dreams. Basically, we're going to connect to the world's frequency.
3. Help to heal: Our bodies know how to heal themselves and not just to fight infections. However, the natural self-healing mechanism will not work if you are stressed. Stress activates key areas of the brain and stimulates the production of Cortisol (otherwise known as the stress hormone) which is itself responsible for many ailments.
But CAUTION: I do not recommend meditation as a substitute for medical treatment. On the other hand, it is an excellent complement and it is an accompaniment during your treatment that I wish to offer you.

HaihaYin Yoga - the powerful practice of silence (1 to 5 people)
Yoga teacher certified by Yoga Alliance 300 hours of which i had 50 hours of training in Yin Yoga.
Yin yoga addresses the more yin part of our body, parts that are closest to our core (such as bones, joints, ligaments and tendons). These parts need to be worked in a yin way with an attitude of quiet acceptance. So poses in yin yoga are always holded for a long time (average 4 to 6 minutes). This helps to maintain the health of connective issues.
Yin yoga also works on our meridiens and thus help with increasing the flow of energy in our body.
Last but not least, it helps balance the Yin Yang aspects of ourselves and develop a mindful state for meditation practice.

PrettiSivananda Classical Hatha Yoga taught online for now
I'm a Sivananda Classical Hatha Yoga instructor and teach all levels, beginners, intermediate and advanced levels. Currently only teaching online.
There are 3 options, either you can do private (one-to-one), you may join my live yoga class Tuesdays 17:30-18:30 and pay lesser compared to private or do my pre-recorded classes via youtube private link (booked like you would a normal class), a gmail account is required to access this class.
A typical open level class includes Relaxation, Pranayama (breathing exercises), warm-ups including Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), Single & Double leg raises, 12 Basic asanas (postures) and final deep relaxation. The focus is on mastering the basic asanas from which variations are then added to further deepen the practice. The asanas follow an order that allows for the systematic movement of every major part of the body in a balanced way that enhances prana or life force energy, keeping the mind quiet and without the need to think beyond each individual pose.
I also teach chair yoga which will be different from the above class description but still includes relaxation, breathing exercises and simpler chair based yoga.
