My name is Alkistis, I come from Greece and I am an EU qualified lawyer! Despite the fact that I have greek origins, I have spent a major part of my life being exposed to english-speaking fora with english-speaking activities and tasks! I have lived in Athens, Paris, New York and the Hague! am devoted to International Law and I love multicultural environments! As a part of it, I love languages. I strongly believe that is the most beautiful and useful part of a culture! Language is like the sea, a bridge which connect nations, cultures, civilizations, a bond which facilitates international trade and tourism flourishing and a treasure which must be preserved and invested always further’! I have worked in different multicultural and multilinguistic environments, as United Nations and European Court of the Human Rights, which facilitated my contact with languages and people! Moreover, I have undertaken many collective projects and participated in various legal teams. I have an excellent communication with people and I believe that interaction in teaching is very important! I am currently based in the Hague. In the context of my teaching I can also provide you with tips for job interviews, projects, travelling and many other integral parts of life! In the first part of the first course, you are welcome to share with me the linguistic expectations that you have from this course and we will form together the most appropriate and convenient structure. In other words, we will adapt the structure of the course to your needs. This may include exercises on grammar, vocabulary and texts for instance. Also, together, we will develop useful discussions about several fields such as art, history, economy, politics, social affairs and about other topics of your preference or need. Result?
