Are you taking VWO or Havo exams this year? Dutch is the stumbling block. Practicing on a high level also guarantees better results for other subjects (Biology, Mathematics, Physics, classical & modern foreign languages, Art, Social Sciences, etc.). Also supervision of profile assignment and preparation (oral) Literature. Possibly also E-learning; check / discuss / supervise training online / via FaceTime. For lessons on location (at home with student or elsewhere), price is ex. travel expenses. Training can also be done together with others; you then pay every proportional part of the hourly rate. Shown packages of 5 or 10 lessons indicate price per person for group lessons at 5 resp. 10 students. Other (lower) combination rates are possible, in consultation.

Prepare in an efficient, intensive way for the ITNA (Interuniversity Language Test Dutch), based on tailor-made exercises. We practice together on language in use, grammar and vocabulary, gap texts, structuring exercises, dictation, presentations and argumentation. Each class is tailored to the individual's requirements and/or needs. Want to improve career opportunities; learn or improve business Dutch, which will be the focus of each class. For those already are familiar with Dutch; expanding existing knowledge together with a deeper cultural understanding and insight. All students will be provided lesson schedules in advance for their review (time permitting). If you already know the language, but you cannot pronounce it very well and you want others to understand you, I can teach you the correct accent of that language. It may seem difficult to you at first, but we will practice together via the webcam and you will see that with my help it will only become easier for you. You will pronounce the language well. Practice makes perfect.

As a former primary school teacher and experienced Dutch teacher for adults and children, I enjoy helping others achieve their language goals. I use several methods which are specially conceived to teach Dutch to people who have a different mother tongue. I really like to use methods out of the ordinary like role games or methods with which you learn while playing. All these adapted to the student's situation of course. As I learned myself a couple of other languages, it is easy for me to detect difficulties a student can encounter and adapt the way of learning. I can teach in English, French, German and Russian.

In our class we will be relaxed, I will help you with the Dutch conversation, the grammar, reading (like an article or a topic what I will give you). I will help students for beginners-lower-intermediate level. After every lesson I will give you homework for the next lesson.
