Enjoying learning music is the most important thing for me. Wether you are studying music as a hobbie, or you are preparing your professional career, we will focus on being the most efficient and learning as much as possible, while having a good time. Of course learning music requires discipline and hard work, but it can be done in an interesting and satisfactory way. Flexibility is my main feature: my goal is to give you what you need through a dinamic method that adjusts to your personality and specific way of learning. I offer one-to-one lessons as well as group lessons for people of all ages. Duration of the lesson is flexible and it is also possible to combine the content of the lessons between cello, piano and music theory. We can speak in English, German or Spanish (and little by little more Dutch as I am learning) and the lessons can be booked on the go or set in advance. My name is Anar and I'm from Mongolia. I'm a piano bachelor student at Codarts Rotterdam. Currently, I'm living in Breda. I've been playing piano for 17 years and have experience in teaching. I teach on all levels.

The focus of this class is to learn how to play the piano but most important how to make music. Music is a language that expresses our feelings & ideas and connects us with other people but also with ourselves. Together we will can work on the basic principles and tools to play the piano, setting a healthy technique but also cultivate your personal sense of music. Further on, we can explore new repertoire and unknown composers, refine your playing and learn how to deal with difficulties, discuss about interpretation issues and even work on your performance on stage. With music theory, we can dive into the alphabet and syntactic of music: the world harmony, rhythm, solfege and analysis.

Piano lessons for reading sheet music, learning favorite pieces, improvising and more. In a very calm and friendly environment, the classes are organized and planned according to the students goals/wishes. I can teach you about harmony, how to construct and play melodies and whatever interest in music you might have. While improving the piano technique, I will make sure the student enjoys the lesson and has a sense of improvement every week.

I am studying Bachelor as violinist in Codarts Univerisity of Arts.But I've been playing piano since I am 3 years old and I finished my middle professional musical education of both instruments in Spain, where I also played in some youth orchestras. (That means that I have been playing piano for 18 years) I teach on all levels: kids who want to start playing and adults who want to improve their musical skills (or adults who are just about to start this musical journey!). In my lessons (that can be taught in english, spanish or russian) apart from improving your technical and musical skills, you will also learn some theorical aspects of music. I always do my best to make you a better musician. IMPORTANT: I do not teach at home, I prefer to move to the student's place.

Music is for everybody and we should all be able to enjoy it! I teach to children (also with ASD) and adults, and my aim is to open their musical imagination, improve their position and technique in the piano, and to have a good time enjoying music! You can choose what goes better with you: classical, pop, tango, latin, ballads... and we will work together to make it happen! Playing piano is one of the best ways to learn music as a whole. These lessons are aimed at students that have had no previous experience with an instrument or music at all, up to and including students that already have experience but want to get better and play more challenging pieces. Depending on your level, we will find the adequate songs to work on in order to improve technique and musicality. Besides playing the piano, we will also work on music theory as it is an essential tool to develop a good understanding about what you are playing. Piano performance & Music therapy Hello! My name is Celia. I’m from Spain and I’m currently studying Music Therapy at the Rotterdam conservatory. I recently become a Music Therapy intern at Florence, The Hague. I obtained my bachelor diploma in piano performance in 2016. I have performed concerts as a soloist, in duet with other pianists and in bigger ensembles/orchestras. Since I moved to the Netherlands, I’m also part of a music trio where we perform pop, jazz, arrangements and compositions from our singer. All these experiences together give me for sure a big capacity of working repertoire and understand the different needs of my students as a teacher! 🙂 As I’m in education as a therapist, I also use all my knowledge in combination with Music Therapy skills with all my students and especially with people who demand a different experience during a music lesson. Music Therapy techniques allow you to play music without any knowledge of theory, so it’s very useful when in the middle of the lesson you need a break or when you just need to connect with yourself, for example.
