Ik ben een Spaanse pianist en componist (MMus afgestudeerd aan Codarts University in beide richtingen) met al enkele jaren leservaring, en ook zeer actief op het gebied van optredens in diverse contexten. Ik geef privé-pianolessen voor alle niveaus en stijlen (klassiek, jazz, latin, new age, pop...), en ook muziektheorie-, compositie- en improvisatielessen. Mijn lessen onderscheiden zich door hun dynamiek, praktische aanpak en aanpassing aan de behoeften en interesses van de student. Ik geef les in mijn studio in Rotterdam Centrum, waar ik een gloednieuwe staande piano heb voor de lessen. Ik spreek basisnederlands, dat met de dag beter wordt. (ENG) I am a Spanish pianist and composer (MMus graduated from Codarts University in both fields) with several years of teaching experience, and also very active in performing in various contexts. I give private piano lessons for all levels and styles (classical, jazz, Latin, new age, pop...), as well as music theory, composition, and improvisation lessons. My lessons are distinguished by their dynamism, practical approach and adaptation to the student's needs and interests. I teach in my studio in Rotterdam Centre, where I have a brand new upright piano for lessons. I speak basic Dutch, which is improving day by day.

Graag wil ik je leren om piano te leren spelen. Muziek is namelijk een onmisbaar iets in het leven, naar mijn mening. De lessen zullen in persoon bij mij thuis op locatie zijn (online kan in overleg) en manier van lesgeven zal aangepast worden op kennis, techniek en leeftijd. Ik kan je zowel techniek leren als de fundamenten van muziektheorie. Uiteraard is het een stuk leuker als je ook gewoon je favoriete stukken kan spelen! Ik ben van mening dat ontwikkeling van techniek beter beoefend is door dit te leren en toe te passen in daadwerkelijke muziekstukken i.p.v. oefenboeken van bijvoorbeeld Alfred’s pianomethode. Wat info over mij: Al vanaf mijn vroege tienerjaren was ik geïnteresseerd in klassieke muziek. Het is een ongelooflijk belangrijk onderdeel van mijn leven. Mijn privédocenten waren hoofdvakdocente piano en orgel Jelena Bazova van het Tilburgs Conservatorium, Canadees concertpianist Steven Massicotte en Helmonds stadsorganist Jan van de Laar. Ik beschouw mezelf geen solist, aangezien ik maar een redelijk korte tijd op het conservatorium had gezeten, om daarna weer de ICT im te gaan en mijn concertvleugel te kunnen financieren. In the percussion field there are more instruments than you can count, it's a perfect opportunity to try out different things in the musical field and see what you like as a beginner, intermediate or advanced student. I am teaching music theory to all my students in order to deepen their musical knowledge on any instrument. I've been playing, studying, teaching and performing for over 15 years now, so I can use my experience to find good qualities in the you and develop them as much as possible. If you want to study with me I can provide a stable program for development including scores, exercises etc. In this class, we will be focusing on instruments sutch as Marimba, Vibraphone, Drum set, Latin percussion, African percussion, Djembe, Orchestral Percussion, Timpani and more. De focus van deze les is om piano te leren spelen, maar vooral om muziek te maken. Muziek is een taal die onze gevoelens en ideeën uitdrukt en ons verbindt met andere mensen maar ook met onszelf. Samen kunnen we werken aan de basisprincipes en tools om piano te spelen, een gezonde techniek opzetten maar ook je persoonlijke gevoel voor muziek cultiveren. Verderop kunnen we nieuw repertoire en onbekende componisten verkennen, uw spel verfijnen en leren omgaan met moeilijkheden, discussiëren over interpretatiekwesties en zelfs werken aan uw optreden op het podium. Met muziektheorie kunnen we een duik nemen in het alfabet en de syntactiek van muziek: de wereldharmonie, ritme, solfege en analyse.

ABOUT ME Hi! I am a 25 years old Greek Guitarist/Musician that just graduated from the Music Conservatory of Amsterdam and now doing my Masters in Codarts in Rotterdam. Theory/Harmony - This field is essential for anyone who wants to audition for a music university programme and needs basic music theory knowledge, or someone who wants to be more knowledgeable in music theory and analysis. I teach basic theory, Jazz theory/analysis, Pop Theory, and music analysis in scores. Composition - Learning techniques and ways of composing in any style of music. Technique - Soloing techniques (Alternate picking, legato, finger tapping, sweep picking, economy picking, Bending/Vibrato and expression) Scales/Arpeggios/ Modes, fingerstyle, right hand technique (For acoustic guitar) Rhythm Strumming techniques (for acoustic guitar) Improvisation: Being able to play musically and with spontaneity over different harmonic progressions and tunes. I am also specified in pop/rock and jazz improvisation.

I offer cello lessons from the initial level to an intermediate level, piano lessons for beginners, and music lessons for small children that want to discover in a playful way the world of music. My name is Anar and I'm from Mongolia. I'm a piano bachelor student at Codarts Rotterdam. Currently, I'm living in Breda. I've been playing piano for 17 years and have experience in teaching. I teach on all levels.

I always thought about how the ancient Greeks introduced Music as an essential subject in school. Music was to heal, to entertain, to get to know yourself more. I'm just finished my studies in the University of Arts of Codarts (Rotterdam) and I can't deny I will always keep learning after finishing my degree. I'm looking forward to sharing some knowledge and to hear what you already know. What can i offer? Styles that we can work on: Classical, Folk, Jazz, Pop music. Languages that we can speak in the lesson: Dutch, English, Catalan or/and Spanish Skills that we can work on: basic techniques, jazz and folk techniques, play the cello while singing, percussion on the cello. How do I work? Each class will be individually prepared, in order to have the student goals in mind. In our first lesson we can get to know each other and then we will figure out what do you want and how can I help you. For BEGINNERS I teach the bow, finger positions and other basics with easy songs (with kids I add games to make it more entreating). Such as relating painting with playing, dancing with playing or literature with playing. For AVERAGE LEVEL we explore, with already some technique, how to play songs, finding a good sound and feel at ease with the instrument. Extra activities: Once a month I plan a rehearsal with pianist to work on some repertoire of cello and piano. Meetings with other students are also arranged to play duos together. De les is gericht op de behoeften van de leerling, of het nu gaat om de voorbereiding op een piano-examen of het leren spelen van populaire liedjes. Ik geef les op een leuke en ontspannen manier waardoor jij of je kind enthousiast wordt over dit instrument. Mijn kwalificatie is het hoogste examenniveau van de Royal School of Music ABRSM, nadat ik graad 8 heb behaald.

Ik ben een professionele muzikant die in 2020 zijn masteropleiding heeft afgerond in Codarts, Rotterdam. De lessen zijn bedoeld voor alle niveaus, ik kan mijn lesgeven aanpassen aan de behoeften van de student. Mijn carrière is in wezen klassiek, maar ik sta open voor verschillende stijlen, dus als je geïnteresseerd bent in (bijvoorbeeld) pop, jazz of rock, kunnen we ons concentreren op wat je wilt leren om theorie praktischer te maken.

Hello! My name is Alberto. I am a clarinet player who graduated from Codarts University of the Arts (Rotterdam). I am specialized in Classical Music, though I can teach also Jazz in a beginner to intermediate level. I have always had a deep interest in chamber music, teaching and improvisation and I would like to be able to show you this passion. The focus of my lessons is to show the possibilities of music, adapting to the student needs, going from clarinet technique to theory, other styles of music such us Klezmer, Jazz, basic piano, as well as learning how to play the bass clarinet. I am a brazilian musician graduated in classical guitar, with experience in jazz and brazilian music. Everything from bossa nova, samba, choro and latin music in general is my speciality. Have been teaching for 15 years now, i developed a way of teaching music based on what the student needs to develop his/her potential. It can be more practical and playfull, or theoretical and methodical.

Piano lessons for reading sheet music, learning favorite pieces, improvising and more. In a very calm and friendly environment, the classes are organized and planned according to the students goals/wishes. I can teach you about harmony, how to construct and play melodies and whatever interest in music you might have.
