LEARN THE GUITAR WITH A PRO AND ENJOY -50% TAX REDUCTION !!

Translated by Google. Click to view original.
Hello everyone !

I am a professional musician, graduated from the Music Academy International with honors.
Guitarist especially, bassist from time to time and drummer a little bit..
Dynamic, attentive and passionate, I live music in all its dimensions.

The guitar is an instrument that I love, that I like to discover and share.
Whatever your style and your level, I will be there to facilitate its learning, thanks to my desire to transmit, to my patience, I know how to advance my students so that they take as much pleasure in playing as I do!

My organization is approved Service à la personne.
You can take advantage of -50% thanks to the tax credit!

My method:

For beginners, we will try to play some songs, riffs and melodies as quickly as possible. I will introduce you to chords, to the different ways of accompanying, in arpeggios, in strumming, with percussion... and especially in rhythm!
The guitar is beautiful in that it is vast ..

For intermediates or those a little more advanced, we can refine your playing by discovering the specific techniques of the guitar:
bends, slides, back and forth, sweeping, legato, tapping, string-skipping, chicken-picking, etc.
We will install your sense of rhythm in more depth, the real basis of musical expression.
I also have an infallible and simple method for learning scales, harmony and above all knowing how to use all of this! 😅
The goal here will be to start improvisation, solo play, this exhilarating feeling of great letting go giving an incredible feeling of freedom..
We will demystify the great masters of the guitar: Hendrix, Django, Gilmour, Knopfler, Stevie Ray, Clapton, Gallagher, Page..
There are so many !

And for apprentice shredders, thanks to my technical skills, I will analyze your playing releasing any blocking points, with my notions of harmony we will complete your knowledge because without understanding you will not be able to use these tools, then we will let's put all this in place because rhythm is music!

In short, we will study the rest: the modes, the minor melody, the diminished system, the augmented, the parton, modal harmony, knowing how to phrase in different styles, intervals, pairs of triads, playing arpeggios, jazz and bop, chromatic approaches, enclosures, diatonic, tritonic substitutions, polymodality, modern pentas, rate changes, fretboard visualization, the CAGED system, the Coltrane Change, Petrucci, Guthie Govan, Paul Gilbert, Yngwie, Greg Howe, Nuno, Tom Quayle, Martin Miller, Matteo Mancuso, Rick Graham, Meshugg, Periph...
EVERYTHING I TELL YOU! 😉

I played a lot a lot, on stage, in the studio, and elsewhere..
I could also advise you on the material and on the creation of a directory.
I have plenty of references, you just have to ask..

Also I have a Mix-Master engineering training, passed to the CFSM under the direction of Nicolas SAFFRAY.
We can see some creative and mixing techniques specific to computer music if you feel like it.

I have the ability to determine what holds you back, what prevents you from progressing, keeping the desire to move forward is the key to musical pleasure!
So do not hesitate!

About Me

Quelques unes de mes références :
Alex Hepburn (Warner Music - Soul Funk) tournée

Piano lessons - music theory and harmony - for any level
I teach for all levels, from children starting from zero to students who want to prepare certifications at the Conservatories, passing through amateurs or simply curious of any age. I firmly believe in the importance of knowing how to read music and this is exactly what I teach first, obviously adapting the method to the age of my students: knowing how to read music is knowing one more language, which, if learned well, won’t ever be forgotten (like riding a bicycle!) and it is an invaluable wealth. Starting from that point I teach the position of the hand, the arm and the whole body at the piano, the fundamentals of the piano technique (giving great importance to the percussive movement of the finger and the distribution of weight), the understanding of musical language, the expression of the personality through the keyboard, the search for touch and knowledge of piano repertoire.

Learn Piano and Music Theory with a CREATIVE APPROACH - Jazz, Classical, Pop, Rock...
Hey there! Do you want to start a new hobby? Do you already play the piano and you want to improve your skills with a creative approach to the instrument? Then I think I can help you! I can teach you basic and advanced concepts of any style on the piano (classical, jazz, pop-rock...), and if you like improvisation and jazz then we get along even better! I offer very personalized classes based on your level and interests. My approach to teaching strongly takes the student's CREATIVITY into account, but without forgetting that a good knowledge of MUSIC THEORY and PIANO TECHNIQUE are essential. Constant practice is recommended for better results, although it is not strictly required.

The trumpet, learn to play it by making music from the first class.
The trumpet: its correct technical execution and the interpretation of popular and academic universal repertoires, is available to everyone regardless of their age. We will build a logical sequence of studies that will help develop the technical aspects. And we will address repertoires according to the age and taste of the student. we will draw a path with short, medium and long term goals. we will build a technical routine and healthy habits to progress correctly. In addition, we will select musical pieces by mutual agreement to mature the technical development hand in hand with musical growth. I am a professional trumpeter, I have participated in symphony orchestras, wind bands, big band, and small chamber and jazz ensembles. I have extensive experience teaching children, youth and adults. For me it is very important to make music from the first lesson, because there must be a balance between technical practice and its application in small melodies or musical pieces. No matter the musical genre, we will always find a repertoire according to the level and interest of each student. If you already know how to play and you need to perfect a piece or prepare a recital or audition, you can count on my experience and accompaniment as well.

Fun personalized acoustic/classical guitar lessons using your favorite songs!
Learn the most common chords and be able to play your first song after just 1 lesson! You will build a solid foundation in guitar playing through carefully selected songs that you get to choose from. Once you get the hang of the fundamentals, you get to tell me which songs you want to learn during our lessons to expand your skills and become more proficient, and I will teach you how to read and play your favorite songs like a master! After learning the more common chords and basics of guitar playing, you will learn about strumming patterns, finger picking, and tabs through the songs of your choice. One benefit of this technological world is that we can find almost anything online if we know where and how to look, which includes most of our favorite songs. All you have to do is give me the names of songs you would like to play, and I will work my magic to help you achieve that goal. Playing the songs you listen to and love makes the lessons a lot more fun and rewarding for everyone. My guitar lessons inspire creativity and help develop new students into world-class players. All ages are welcome! Lessons are customized and catered to the needs/goals of each student.

Guitar workshops: personalized lessons / private training
Folk or classical acoustic guitar. The teaching philosophy is adapted to the level of each individual, according to the pace of work and motivation. For example, for beginners: Technique of the plectrum or fingers, coordination and correction of the right and left hand. Learning basic chords, simple themes, simple rhythms, reading tablatures (...). For intermediaries: development of rhythm, construction of chords, writing of tablatures, basic notions of harmony (...). Depending on your goals, you can learn, if you wish, to play 60 to 80% of current music from the first lessons, which often use the same chords and the same techniques. The objectives take into consideration the following points: -Study of various playing techniques, chords, harmony, music of your choice, rhythm, with reading of tablature, teaching structured around the repertoire you like, technique of developing the musical ear - Discovery of the neck, notes and basic positions of open chords - Left / right hand coordination and rhythm exercises for the right hand - Learning of different pieces of your choice - Left hand control exercises, speed and precision - Learning arpeggios - Work around muscle memory - Learning improvisation, musical play with others - Ear training: use your ears to find chords, melodies, sounds and techniques used -Spend a pleasant moment of exchange, without unnecessary institutional pressure, while obtaining concrete results -Understand and discover the many facets of an exciting and user-friendly instrument - Benefit from personalized advice on your posture and certain pitfalls to avoid when starting alone -Adjust and clarify your self-taught knowledge - Learn tablatures / tabs & in English. Note : - Possibility to use the guitar available on site, during the test phase. - As our teacher is also a singing teacher, it is possible to combine the two disciplines: guitar + vocal instrument, and to work on synchronization, style and accuracy. - Possibility of offering this course (birthday, party, Christmas, event ...) to the person of your choice. THE TEACHER : Trained in Grande Ecole post-preparatory classes & Ivy League university in the United States, our teacher has specialized and has worked for more than 15 years, in Europe and North America, in the field, in renowned international public and private establishments, with careful pedagogy and methodology as the watchwords. PLACES : - Locations: Geneva-Lausanne-Friborg-Neuchâtel-Montreux-Bâle-Sion-Sierre-Morges-Bienne. But currently, only by videoconference in accordance with national recommendations on Covid. These sessions also seem to be perfectly unanimous since they have the advantages of direct (example: quality of the interaction), without its disadvantages (ex: loss of travel time), with additional advantages (ex: of notes on the chat, which can be reread afterwards). In this context, these videoconference sessions for which you have requested me, seem to arouse a certain enthusiasm (and a certain enthusiasm). At your request, I therefore continue to offer them.

Music lessons in Piano (up to Grade 8) or Singing (up to Grade 5)
Having had 15 years of piano lessons, one thing has been constant through the performances and exams I have taken - Enjoyment. This is a key aspect that the students enjoy playing the instrument and are motivated to keep on playing and learning new pieces or techniques. Piano has often in my life been my biggest hobby and an escape from other things going on, and this is something I hope to provide to anyone interested in learning this wonderful instrument. I am able to teach all abilities ranging from causal lessons up to Grade 8 standard for Piano. Having had 9 years of singing within Chapel, University and Scottish Choirs, I have been able to cover a wide range of repertoire and techniques on how to improve my singing style. During both school and university, Singing within choirs was my biggest extra-curricular, and I aim to teach lessons in a way that can encourage budding singers to grow in their confidence and ability. Singing is a social and enjoyable experience, and this is the key thing in lessons that students choose to learn songs and techniques they are keen to cover and feel engaged when improving their singing. I am able to teach all abilities ranging from causal lessons up to Grade 5 standard for Singing. I have both an ARSM Diploma and an ATCL Associate's Degree from ABRSM and Trinity College London, meaning I play up to Undergraduate standard. Combined with being a Graduate in Mathematics and Music, which has included opportunities to teach in my degree for Mathematics, means I have knowledge over how to ensure lessons remain engaging and students are kept motivated. I am a member of the University of Edinburgh's choir and NYCOS National Choir, while also having a Choral Scholarship at Church of the Sacred Heart and Old Saint Paul's Church. Involvement within these, along with past choirs such as the Fettes College Chapel Choir, has meant I am a strong singer and know how to get the best out of a singing lesson. Helping out with conducting across some of these choirs has given me experience of teaching Music, and alongside teaching Mathematics to primary schools, I can use these skills of being organised and having good communication to help make my lessons engaging.

Solfege & Oriental Solfege: Quarter Note - Rast, Bayet, Siga, Kord, Hijaz, Ajam, Nahawand - Major & Minor Scales
With over 8 years of experience as a Solfege, Oriental Solfege, Oud, and Oriental singing teacher, I am a Lebanese musician currently residing in Mönchengladbach, Germany. I honed my skills for 8 years at the Lebanese National Conservatory. Prior to my relocation, I taught at Casa Beethoven Academy in Lebanon and also held private music lessons. As a concertmaster, I performed with the oriental orchestra "Loubnan Assalam" for over 5 years. My move to Germany was motivated by my pursuit of graduate studies at the University of Kamp-Lintfort. Fluent in English, Couramment en français, ولغتي الأم هي اللغة العربية. Aber leider spreche Ich ein bisschen Deutsch. Solfege, the foundation of music theory, is an essential tool for any musician who wishes to understand and create music. It provides a way to identify and communicate notes, intervals, and rhythms, and it is the key to developing musical literacy. In this class, you will delve into the world of scales, exploring the unique characteristics of Western and Oriental scales. We will study the following scales: Rast, Bayet, Siga, Kord, Hijaz, Ajam, Nahawand- Major & Minor Scales. In addition to these Western and Oriental scales, we will also introduce you to the quarter note, which is not traditionally found in Western music. It is a quarter note with a unique and distinct sound. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced musician, this class will provide you with the knowledge you need to use scales effectively for improvisation, singing, and playing any instrument. With this knowledge, you will be able to: * Read and write music (dictation) in solfège notation for both Western and Oriental scales. * Identify and communicate notes accurately in the context of various musical traditions. * Develop a deeper understanding of music theory and rhythmic concepts. * Infuse your musical performances with a broader range of expressive possibilities. We will use the book "المقامات الشرقية by Georges Farah" as the main reference for our study of Oriental solfège. This book is considered the best book in the Middle East to teach Oriental Solfège. Discover the power of solfège to enhance your musical skills and open up a world of new possibilities!
