Trusted teacher: I am a friendly, patient and professional Piano, Composition and DJ teacher from London, currently living in Amsterdam. I began composition lessons with Darren Bloom at Forest School and was awarded a scholarship to the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, where I graduated with a BMus in Composition in 2015. I am now studying for a Masters degree at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam with Richard Ayres and Wim Henderickx. My previous teachers include Richard Causton, Edwin Roxburgh, Ed Bennett, Joe Cutler and Howard Skempton. I have also taken part in masterclasses with Mario Garuti and Colin Matthews. I was the winner of the Orchestre Nouvelle Generation Composers Competition 2016/17, and the Birmingham Conservatoire Orchestral Composition Prize 2015. My scores are held in the Royal Academy of Music and American Viola Society libraries, and my pieces have been performed in various locations throughout Europe, the USA, Canada and South Africa. In addition to classical composition, I have also completed a number of scores for short films, and composed the soundtrack for Marianna Jungman's show at London Fashion Week in 2014. Other collaborators include Jeff Leyshon, Andrew Delaney, Zena Holloway and New York-based photographer Graeme Montgomery. I have been commissioned to write soundtracks for Japanese Vogue, and Cent Magazine. For DJing I specialise in Techno, Dubstep and Drum & Bass music. I was taught by Noah Priddle and Kasey Riot at the London Sound Academy where I completed a course in 2017. Teaching Experience: From 2009-2011 I taught Drumkit to students aged between 10-15 at a local Rock & Pop School. I've also been involved in a number of music courses for children between 2009-2014 as a Supervisor / Sound Technician. In 2016 I began giving private lessons, and built up a group of over 20 pupils ranging from 5 year olds to adults. Between April-July 2017, I also gave private and small-group music lessons at a local primary school. Approach to Teaching: My philosophy in Music Tuition is to improve the student's technique through exercises and pieces which they enjoy. I also provide a general music education as I believe in a holistic approach, and increasing their passion for music which will increase their motivation for practice and improvement.

The Suzuki Method was created by the Japanese violinist Shinichi Suzuki. It is internationally used to teach music to children from age 3. It is based on the idea that if any child can speak his mother tongue perfectly he can also develop his musical talent when he has a supportive environment. Therefore the pupil's parents are actively involved in the learning process attending the lessons and helping their child in daily home practice. Under Suzuki's Philosophy, learning how to play an instrument is much more than acquiring music knowledge. It is about learning values and long life skills that will help children to develop their full potential. Therefore, parents, pupils and teachers enjoy together this fascinating trip from the first stages. The teacher - Eduard. I'm a freelance violinist based in Amsterdam playing in different orchestras and chamber music groups. It is my passion to share with my students and parents the joy of making music and learning and instrument. For me playing an instrument it is much more than just that: it is a way to develop ourselves as a person. It is my intention to create a Violin class with a high standard in a great musical environment. The commitment for daily practice is the only requirement to become my student. I perform often for children like in Teatro Munganga and Amsterdam Baby Concerts. I studied violin in the Conservatories of Barcelona and Utrecht and the Suzuki Method at the Accademia Filarmonica in Utrecht. I am currently following a Postgraduate about the Suzuki Method in the Conservatory of Antwerpen and researching how the principles of thw Alexander Technique can be applied to a violin lesson from the early beggining. I'm also specialized in body and mind work for musicians(as Alexander technique teacher).I'm a member of the Suzuki Vereniging Nederland.
