Yin Yoga is a quiet form of yoga in which we hold postures for several minutes, this is to promote the flexibility of the connective tissue. Connective tissue connects our muscles to our tendons, and our tendons to our bones. It envelops our organs. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) meridians run through the subcutaneous connective tissue, bringing 'chi' or life energy to the cells. The smoother your connective tissue, the better the flow of chi and the less chance of disease and discomfort. I give (online) yoga classes on request, both privately and for groups. The rate depends on, for example, group size, whether a travel time is required, or whether a replay function is desirable in connection with online.
