With me you will practice Hatha Yoga, Hatha Yoga is the preparation of yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually, to achieve a state of flow. I work with yin and yang energy. So my classes can be very sweaty but also very relaxing and introvert. I create balance with your feminine energy and masculine energy. Hatha Yoga as I like to practice and teach can be also very meditative using some cleansing techniques to allow yourself in a deep meditation state. We will work also with some twists to release stress and toxines of your body and mind. I like to say that with Hatha Yoga I twist my body and my mind to release, create awareness, balance, motion and meditation state. I will offer you all this tools and practice to allow yourself to be.

About Me

My name is Charlotte. I completed the 200TTC in 2022. I have been travel all around the world being young. I share and meet different cultures, people and lifestyle. The wellbeing came very fast into my life. My sensitivity and creativity bring me to yoga. I quickly want to learn more and share with others the feeling and sensation that yoga can create.
I start yoga as a natural call of my body, yoga makes me join the body with my mind and the mind with my body, and both of theme with internal and external consciousness. I saw the impact of the asanas in my body but also in my mind, in my breathing, in my thoughts, in my feelings, in my sensations and much more. Yoga, helps me to be aware of that. To connect with myself, the others, the inner world and external one. I see and know how the memories, thoughts, feelings can impact a day-to-day life. Being aware of all those things and learning how to don’t be affected with yoga, it’s for me very important and want it to share it with you. Being aware is observing, observing without being impacted of what I see. With yoga, I became aware of being aware. As a teacher I want to share with you the impact that can have a yoga practice in your life. To do so, the regular practice of yoga with different postures, breathing techniques, meditation, challenge and concentration can truly affected in a positive way yourself and your life.
