About Me

Hi! I have been meditating for 20+ years, in a variety of styles but with a primary focus on classic Buddhist samatha and vipassana practices. I am also experienced at the meditation practice known as The Mind Illuminated. I have helped many people in the past to meditate, and I am known for my friendly and simple manner. Quite simply, I'm here to help you to gain more peace of mind!

I have also written a lot of blogs and articles on meditation, as well as a few e-books. I am happy to offer these to all students for free.

I have 9 years of practice teaching people how to do it. We work together step by step to understand the technique, the way to prepare wooden panel to paint an icon and the techniques of making a good project to make the icon fit to the board. We also learn how to make gold leaf layer on the nimbs. Your icon will be a real, crafted icon.
