Tango Argentino, conexión y comunicación. CAUSA Y EFECTO
🔆Conexión a internet
🔆Dispositivo portátil
🔆Silla, Barra o pared para algunos ejercicios.

About Me

Hello! Thanks in advance for your interest in reading a bit of my profile and approaching some of the proposals offered 🤗
Well, first of all, my name is Carla and I would like to tell you that I am a Professional Dancer and Teacher in the discipline of Classical and Contemporary Dance. I was born in Argentina, but I have lived in Mexico for about twenty years now 🔥🙏
In addition to my profession, I love to dance everything, especially salsa and tango. I feel happy in contact with nature, lately I have been interested in plants and the garden, it takes time 😉
I am a lover of observation and the way in which the body adapts to the rhythm. I love analyzing the biomechanics of actions and finding ways to improve them and give them the individual touch that each person requires.
I love traveling, meeting people, although I admit to being selective with who enters my environment 🙃
I am curious, knowing and acquiring new skills. I feel happy to be accompanied by my pet guides 🌺
In my dance work and lifestyle, I have experienced bodily and emotional injuries that have led me to seek other parallel axes of encounters with my way of being in my present with and from the body and my faithful companion the mind. As far as being physical is concerned, I approached intuitively at first and then more formally to various knowledge related to the processes of re-training, rehabilitation and improvement of postures and muscular compensations for repetitive sports gesture or unnecessary muscular tensions for accumulation of efforts and anchored emotions.
Trust the body for its own realignment, through analytical and comprehensive work.
During the Pandemic, the time available, I favor the exploration spaces to result in a training that today I call
"BALANCE WORKOUT". ✨🙏 One of the class proposed on this Platform.
Since then, I continue to merge the work approach in the rest of the activities that I manage, observing very beneficial results. I mention it on a very personal note, since I have experienced it myself. 🔥
On the other hand, I am gradually making the proposal known and trusting, opening my work to the online market and leaving aside the obstacles that one usually puts up. 😅
"Small changes, generate big benefits"❗

I am currently working as an interpreter and teacher in the Rolando Beattie Ensemble Contemporary Dance Company.Founder of the Bailarte Academy, a multidisciplinary training space.
I have participated in different activities programmed by the Secretary of Culture of the State of Oaxaca.

It is a training program that aims at myofascial release induced by movement to restructure muscle patterns, relieve tension pain and restore balance in mobility and joint functionality that often affects sports gesture or daily life.
➡️Benefits:
✓Training without joint impact.
✓ Development of coordination and balance.
✓Toning the body from the balance between eccentric and concentric contractions.
✓Lengthened muscles and less exposed to injuries.
✓Restructuring of muscle patterns that allows the release of tensions that affect the sporting gesture.
"SMALL CHANGES GENERATE BIG BENEFITS"✨

INTENSIVE PRIVATE LATIN DANCE LESSONS (SALSA, BACHATA MERENGUE, CHACHA, CARIBBEAN ZOUK, KUDURU-AFRICAN DANCE, BRAZILIAN ZOUK)
Private lessons / intensive training in Latin Dances (Cuban Salsa, Salsa Porto / LA, Bachata, Merengue, Chacha, West Indian Zouk, Kuduru-African dance, Brazilian Zouk*)
(* = it's THE dance of the moment that paradoxically has nothing zouk or anything Brazilian - today it's pop music for two, mixing creativity, sensuality, air fluidity that plays a lot with the movements of bust, head and body undulations.)
METHODOLOGY
Learn dance and let talk about your body / emotions, make the difference in the evening ("social dancing") or prepare an event (wedding for example): Focused on pedagogy, technique and pleasure, the dance space offers personalized and individualized courses of Salsa (porto on 1, Cuban), Bachata, Merengue, Kuduru-African dance, Zouk Antillais, Zouk Brazilian (pop music) (...) according to your desires.
Objective: to adapt to your request and your desire. In the eyes of many neophytes, a couple who dance well performs spectacular figures. To dance is to tell / live together a story, to produce beauty in movement and to make the steps, the attitudes and the connections between the various actions aesthetic / harmonious. This fluidity is born of emotion, felt and transmitted.
Simplicity, communication, listening, sharing, emotion, valorization of the other: it is, in addition to technical knowledge (body expression, rhythmic, visual), what you will improve during this training at evolutive levels. In a friendly atmosphere, you will be taken in hand whatever your initial level. Objective: a combination between on the one hand, intuition / feeling / improvisation and on the other hand, technique. It is possible to take the course in couple or solo.
According to your desire, it is possible to propose 70% of a 1st dance, 30% of another complementary dance, the bases of the one influencing the other.
Whether you're preparing "choreography" for a special event (wedding, birthday, work, etc.), a show, or just looking to improve your skills to impress on the dance floor, the end learning of these classes is to :
* perform a beautiful interpretation of the music with appropriate movements, in addition to performing a dynamic work that involves a footwork and body movements adapted
* execute an appropriate technique that will allow you to shine quickly on the dance floor, relying on the strong point of private lessons
* Set up style, movement, footwork, and adjusted body coordination, allowing for rapid dance progression, while taking advanced base steps and a variety of movements, allowing you to not only acquire a sensual style but also to improve his own improvisational abilities, focusing on the characteristics of modern dance.
* work on your balance, your musicality, your body strength (...), while having fun, while you train and radically improve your body coordination.
In summary, these courses are at the beginner level (basic steps with some general variations), intermediate (faster speed and more concentration on technique, body mechanics, control, footwork, posture, balance and more complex movements) or advanced (for slightly more experienced dancers).
Statistically, the progression following these private sessions is quickly noticeable, from 2 or 3 sessions *. (* study 2020)
To respond to requests received, it is indeed possible to offer this course (birthday, party, christmas, event ...) to the person of your choice.

Let's make your souls pure and happy ,want to dance together and enjoy.
Kuchipudi is indigenous to the state of Andhra Pradesh and differs from the other five classical styles by the inclusion of singing. Kuchipudi originated in the 17th century with the creation by Sidhyendra Yogi of the dance-drama Bhama Kalapam, a story of Satyabhāma, the charming but jealous wife of the god Krishna.
Usually, it is solo, but it can also be performed as a duet. It is similar to a graduation, as this is the transition between a student to a full dancer. About 3 to 4 hours, it encompasses expression using facial and hand gestures, rhythmic movements, and describing a story..

School support and reinforcement and exam preparation/ Dance classes in various specialties
School support classes are a very positive extracurricular learning method for students who have low results.
I consider, therefore, that these classes are a very positive extracurricular learning method for the student who presents low results.
For this reason, school support presents several benefits, such as:
Reinforce the knowledge acquired in class and can even be expanded
Create study habits, which help improve school performance
Motivate the student when learning, because the contact is more personalized and they find academic support as they are small groups
Get better academic results
Understand each subject
The student needs to reinforce certain knowledge that has not been taught appropriately or that is more complicated to understand autonomously.
