VIOLIN LESSONS TO ALL AGES! (online or in person, in Antwerp)

I am Cèlia, a Catalan cellist living in Antwerp. I studied for my bachelor's degree at the HKU Utrechts Conservatorium and my master's degree at the Koninklijk Conservatorium Antwerpen. I offer cello and music theory lessons for all levels. I have several years of experience teaching children and adults in individual and group lessons. I adapt the content of the lessons to the level, needs, and goals of each student. I am a very enthusiastic person who likes working with people and making music. I speak Catalan, Spanish, English, and a basic level of Dutch.

In addition to my professional career as a cellist, I also enjoy teaching violin lessons to everyone. You are welcome for my adapted lessons for every people and I can help you grow further as a musician. I give violin lessons to beginners and advanced players. In a pleasant, playful atmosphere you will learn a solid basis for making music with confidence. In addition to the classical trajectory with lots of beautiful polyphonic music, I also give you the opportunity to improvise and find your own sound.

Students of any age are welcome, and I have special experience with beginner and younger students, having given a lot of lessons in piano and music theory. I teach in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and basic Dutch. The individual violin lessons are personalized and tailored to the progress and learning ability of each student. Emphasis is placed on developing good posture and ease of movement at the early stage. Hi! My name is Charlie and I'm currently a member of the Opera Ballet Vlaanderen Orchestra. Teaching has been the foundation of my musical life for over a decade. My teaching studio has hosted a private studio in Oslo, New York, Connecticut and now Antwerp. While living in New York I was the viola and violin professor at Pluckd Studio where I helped prepare students for music festivals, auditions and to establish a sound foundational approach to instrumental playing. While a student at Juilliard, I coached students in Juilliard’s Pre-College/MAP program and helped lead children’s concerts in Chicago, Austin, New York and Oslo. My name is Amelia, I am a piccolo master student in Royal Conservatory of Music in Antwerp. In 2023 I graduated in flute cum laude in Royal Conservatory of Music in Antwerp and Wrocław Academy of Music. I play the flute for 10 years, gaining experience during many masterclasses and workshops to improve my skills and to broaden my knowledge. I offer flute lessons for all level students. I graduated with full marks in Violin and Chamber Music at the Conservatoire of Parma, and I play in both youth and professional orchestras in and outside Italy.
