Hi, my name is Alison! I am offering English tutorial courses for school students working on English exams, and adults with an interest in practising English. For students: I myself have taken many English tests, including TOEFL and IETLS (8.5/9). I am happy to help you if you are applying for Universities abroad, preparing for some English tests, or college entrance exam. For adult learners: I am a CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) teacher accredited by Cambridge English. I can design tailored courses based on your need, be it speaking, listening, or writing-focused classes. One special course I offer is a writing-feedback course where I could help improve your essay writing skills. I also speak Chinese, so extra point if you would like to learn some Chinese too.

Join the class if you would like to have your essay/academic assignment reviewed! Provide feedback, editing and proofreading services if required. Prior to each class, please have your draft ready and sent to me one day before the class. During the class, I will explain the feedback I attached and answer any questions you have. The overall class time includes the time I spend preparing the feedback and the time we meet up online/in person. Please also note that you are the author of your work, and my role is not to write an assignment on your behalf. The best way to improve academic writing in English is definitely to keep practising and revising. It is a really arduous procedure but trust me, it will be worth your time in the end!

In this class, I will provide a tutorial session to help you prepare for your exams, case studies, group project, and essay in law school. I specialise in most private law modules/courses, including contract, tort, company, trust and equity, and international law. Please contact me first to arrange a lesson in the subject with which you would like to receive help, and send me the specific materials/problem questions prior to coming to the class, at least one day before. In the class, we will work on the questions or the drafts you have. If you would like to ask questions relating to your lectures, please also let me know beforehand so that I can prepare a tailored tutorial for you.
