Mon enseignement est accompagné de références théoriques pour assister l'élève dans la compréhension de la relation entre le corps et de l'esprit.
Mes cours sont aussi ludiques et avec une touche d'humour car le yoga c'est aussi vouloir se faire du bien et savoir garder le sourire!

The classes I offer will be either specific on one technique or a mix of different techniques, depending on what the students need the most.
