Fitness is not an extra-curricular activity; it is a part and parcel of our daily life. My approach to stay fit is combining a lifestyle that is founded on where we live and when, what and how we eat. When you choose a lifestyle that embraces your place of living, and eat what is grown and produced locally (and seasonal), you don’t need to motivate yourself to stay fit. Motivation is something that doesn’t stay long and it is external. So, when you integrate the lifestyle that embraces your needs for the day, you become fit and healthy naturally, and for a longer term.

So, what you learn will be a combination of hatha yoga (asanas), posture corrections, eating, daily activities, and some fun.

About Me

I started practising yoga at the age of 5. I guess I must have enjoyed myself all along, because I began teaching yoga in 1992 to children and adults. In 2015 I qualified as a yoga trainer, having applied myself to 600 hours of learning and absorbing yoga, anatomy and Ayurveda.

With every student and with every session, I find newer and ever-more enriching experiences, which I believe is in equal measure due to my fascination with the discipline and the enthusiasm of my students. I feel grateful to have been able to experience the joy of being simultaneously a teacher and a student.

I love beaches, rain and rivers; and like coffee, yoga, trance, trekking and driving. Sharing my lessons from life, nature and work.

Born following behavioral observation, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) designates a whole set of techniques (dissociation, reframing, etc.) and methods aimed at promoting the personal development of the individual. Neuro-linguistic programming is concerned with how humans function in a given environment, based on their behavioral patterns. Through a set of techniques and methods, NLP helps to change the way an individual perceives his environment. Indeed, each individual has a map of the world which is specific to him, and which is modulated by his beliefs and his conditioning. The purpose of NLP is to modify this map in order to enable the individual to achieve their goals more effectively. NLP therefore provides the necessary tools to make personal and structural changes, in order to create new potential for success. Neuro-linguistic programming is primarily concerned with "How to make it work well?" Rather than "Why is this not working?" ". It suggests recognizing the behaviors we adopt when communicating, and then making changes if desired. - “Programming” refers to the fact that we are conditioned by our environment which includes a system of beliefs and behaviors. - “Neuro” means that these programs are encoded in our neural circuits. - “Linguistics” refers to language, whether verbal or non-verbal.
