Math for Students (GCSE, IGCSE, IB CNISE, SAT) and any other systems

This course aims to give you the knowledge and tools to better understand and master mathematics and physics at the college and high school level. We provide assistance to students of all specialties. This class can be adapted for yourself or with others

*Conversational English for Adults with lessons which are tailored to the student's needs and interests: -For instance, if a student is interested in a particular sport, I'll tailor a lesson around the sport, how long they've supported the particular team, etc. A student is more likely to be engaged if they are talking about a theme or subject close to their heart. *Interview preparation sessions for prospective applicants. *Business English -Presentation skills -Communication -Client and colleague interaction

English is very important and should be learned from an early age, when children learn a new language the fastest. Passionate about English, I would be happy to help children discover this wonderful language.

The class will follow the exam board the students are currently learning at school, e.g. IB, GCSE, IGCSE, A Level, AP and so on. By following the syllabus of the specific exam board, I will go through any topics you do not understand or are not very clear by explaining the theorem and showing the examples. I will also giving students relative questions to test their knowledge and understanding on this topic. The class is designed to help the students with their maths and it can be treated as a revision session, doing preparation with students for the exams.

I am available to tutor students currently studying Maths, Physics or Chemistry remotely online. I break down at first seemingly difficult and complex topics/problems into much more friendly pieces during the hour long sessions. These bitesize pieces then build up into a complete understanding of the material and how to apply it to exam questions to answer them.

I offer Exam Preparation Classes (IELTS/CAE/CFE) for levels from A2 to C2. I will adapt the class depending on your needs. We will focus on all elements of the exam and we will create a plan for your future learning together! This class will build your confidence in speaking English as well as how the exam is structured!

Physics -physics It is one of the branches of science that specializes in studying the structure of matter, as it is concerned with all aspects of nature on the visible and micro levels. In physics, we study many topics related to matter, energy, charges, and others. I am interested in teaching physics so that the information reaches the student completely.

This class is meant for anyone who wants to speak fluently in English. Based on the individulas interest and requirement classes will be tailored. The purpose of the class is to let the individual feel confident and to adapt to using the language in real life situations.

During my high school education in Portugal, I found myself unchallenged and unmotivated by the math curriculum. Seven years later, as a mathematician at the beginning of my academic career, I think I'm an ideal tutor for students in a similar position—interested in math but not quite finding what they need at school. I'm also available to help more advanced students (from university or beyond) who need advice and direction on university-level topics. Additionally, I'm happy to help adults who need help restarting their mathematical education or filling in gaps in their understanding. I'm interested in talking about anything mathematical, from linear inequalities to Hilbert's Nullstellensatz. I'm also familiar with computer science, both in theory and practice. I can easily take the reins and "lecture" on most topics but would prefer to steer towards whatever the student finds interesting. I strongly believe that learning math is an active, creative process.
