For beginners, I will use English or French to help learn the basics of Chinese. We will start with 4 tones, pinyin, and some basic vocabulary and sentences. For intermediate and advanced, we can use the book HSK to learn or you can choose the book. For students preparing for the exam HSK, we need to focus on practice based on the exam questions. I have a flexible schedule, so students can choose the most convenient time.

I can teach translation, from Chinese into English, or English into Chinese. I can also teach colloquial Chinese.

I develop diverse methods of teaching for the students. For the around 5-8 years old kids, I would like to set certain games to play with them, thereby the kids can learn the new language during the interaction and communication. In this way, different media, like color pictures, puppets, or storybooks are essential to make the course very attractive. For the teenager or advanced students, a structuralized teaching content based on scenarios or textbook could help the students to develop their language capacity efficiently in different aspects – listening, reading, speaking, and writing. Besides, I would like to give a deeper perspective for the Chinese- not only learning the language from the textbooks, but also the knowledge of the language, the culture, and the literature. I'm a native Chinese speaker. I speak normative Mandarin Chinese without an accent and I have excellent academic records in the Chinese subject at school in China. You don't need to worry whether the pronunciation you learn is weird or not. You will attend the class online via webcam.
