Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga in which you move from one pose into the next in a one breath to movement flow.
The pace varies throughout the sequence, there is a warmup, a peak in intensity and a slow cool down.
On a physical level it is a well rounded practice that engages the whole body.
We focus on finding a balance between building strength and increasing flexibility.
On a mental level you can expect over time to at least gain a heightened sense of self awareness.
There is also a huge emphasis on paying attention to and regulating the breath which can play a very beneficial role in both physical and mental health.

I am a full time yoga teacher based in Luxembourg since 2018, but I have been practicing yoga since 2014.
I teach mainly one on one to private clients which is my preferred setting. I love getting to get to know new people and making them discover yoga and more about themselves through this transformative practice.

I learned and fell in love with yoga in Cape Town and as of now I have completed over 500 hours of training both in India and in Bali but I consider myself to always be a student and look forward to continue training.

My style of preference is Vinyasa because of the creativity it allows me when planning my classes.
However I am also trained in Hatha and Yin yoga with a sprinkle of traditional Chinese Medicine foundation and a dash of Ashtanga.

Yoga has taught me many invaluable lessons like the virtue of patience, moderation and balance ... I am very grateful I have found this practice and because it has done so much good to me I knew I wanted to share it with as many people as I could.

PS: there is no such thing as too old, not flexible, too big etc, yoga is for everyone as long as you are open to try it!
