    Yoga lunaire (thérapeutique) et solaire (dynamique) pour tous à Genève

    De nombreuses personnes ont découvert les bénéfices de travailler des asanas avec un/une partenaire, que ce soit dans le thérapeutique ou dans le mouvement. Nous travaillons sur la respiration, l’équilibre, les postures du corps, des mains, la souplesse, l’alignement et la résistance. Les personnes n’ayant jamais pratiqué de yoga sont surprises par leurs capacités et la rapidité des progrès.

    Méthode du cours
    Poser sa respiration, contrôler ses mouvements, s’échauffer et se laisser surprendre par des asanas assistés par un pair. Les différents mouvements contribuent à activer tout le corps et l’esprit. À la fin, nous travaillons sur le massage du corps. Les positions et techniques apprises peuvent être ensuite partagées avec d’autres personnes. Dès le début et le plus simple, nous verrons comment évoluer en reconnaissant votre corps et en ne le blessant pas.
    La satisfaction d’avoir accompli ce qui paraissait impossible permet aussi de reprendre confiance en soi, de se sentir mieux.

    Depuis quelques années, je partage ma méthode à travers le monde, Suisse, Portugal, Allemagne, Turquie, Thaïlande et Taïwan. J’enseigne l’acroyoga aux professeurs de yoga qui désirent approfondir leur pratique. Suis certifié Acroyoga Montreal, Thai massage et Partenaire.

    About Me

    Many people have discovered the benefits of practicing asanas with a partner, whether in therapy or in movement. We work on breathing, balance, body postures, hands, flexibility, alignment and resistance. People who have never practiced yoga are surprised by their abilities and the speed of progress.

    Course method
    To breathe, to control one's movements, to warm up and to be assisted in asanas. Various movements help activate the whole body and mind. In the end, we work on therapeutics. Positions and techniques learned can then be shared with others. From the beginning and the simplest, we will see how to evolve acknowledging your body and how to take care of it.
    The satisfaction of having achieved what seemed impossible also helps regain self-confidence and feel better.

    Inform me about your physical condition beforehand, wear loose clothing, turn off electronic devices during the session, if possible, prepare a yoga mat or ask the tutor to bring one

Day in day out in the busy city of Hong Kong, same routine over and over again. Stress was not getting any less and burden was not getting any lighter. I started questioning myself - What was I fighting for? What are the goals in life? Some might have already figured it out, some are still trying to find out, but for sure everyone is different. I started practicing yoga since 2012. When I first started, it was certainly not my favourite. I was always very impatient, fast-paced, easily stressed and agitated; so yoga for me was too calm, too slow and too still. For the very same reason, I decided to continue and overcome these weaknesses of mine and find balance in myself. Throughout these years of practice, initially I was very focused on the body postures, always wanted to achieve the crazy and advanced-looking poses; and gradually later on, I was being more aware of the importance of state of mind and peacefulness, because yoga is about unity of mind and body. I became certified as a RYT-200 Yoga Instructor in 2016. Yoga stresses on both physical and mental wellness: It is a balance of yin and yang - strength and flexibility; as well as focus of breaths and control of mind.​ I have tapped into the world of yoga, and I have been lucky to learn from wise and inspiring individuals. Having the chance to share those lessons and experiences with people around fills me with joy. Everyone could use more yoga in their lives, so I hope to see you on the mat soon. Namaste. ​

    The Yoga session will be Holistic in nature. Based on your health and strengths, we will start the session synchronising with breathwork and awareness. We will also work with visualization of Light as we move through postures, to heighten awareness. Pranayam or breathing techniques suitable for you, based on the day will be practised, which helps in calming of nerves. Finally we end the session with meditation and Shavasana(Lying down posture) to reap the benefits of the session. .
