Dear people! I am offering drum lessons in Amsterdam, either at my practice room or at your place. I am finishing this year my "European Jazz Master" studies during which I had the chance to live and study in Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Paris. Originally I am from Germany, 26 years old, and I can offer lessons in German, English, French and Dutch. I have experiences in several styles but like to take the focus on personality and individual interests within the lessons. Instead of pushing you into a concept it is crucial for me to get to know the student individually in order to find a balance between learning technique and stimulating creativity. Added to that, I try to inspire the student to find creative solutions on the instruments, no matter what technical level, that may have an impact on general problem solving or dealing more creatively with everyday situations. Furthermore, I like to keep a practical approach within the lessons which means playing with music (play- along/recordings/me playing piano) and improvising are important subjects. Furthermore I work as a composer as well, which means that composing can be a topic within the lessons as well. If you want to find out about me, you can visit my website: www.janniswolff.com If you are interested in having lessons, just answer via this page or write me an email and we can talk about any further details! I set the lesson time here for 60 minutes. I always chose 60 minutes as the time orientation but I am flexible with it which means it can last a bit longer if things need to be clarified, so the price is per session! mail(at)janniswolff.com Looking forward to hearing from you, Jannis
