Lycéenne en terminale littéraire offers remedial classes in languages. Having lived 4 years in Brazil I speak fluently Portuguese, and I am rather comfortable in Spanish and English. I have never given lessons and I do not claim to have the skills of a real teacher (my rates are not those of a teacher) but I can try to give you the taste of languages. Having myself encountered difficulties with languages in college, I propose in my courses methods of work that I myself experienced a few years ago and that made me make considerable progress. I will accompany you during these few steps: - build a vocabulary book - learn the rules of syntax - know how to use perfectly the pronouns "who, who, whose, whom" while exchanging verbally - Do translations (make it possible to assimilate the vocabulary) - Make editorials - extend your culture to take an interest in the language - AND THE MOST IMPORTANT: watch movies at first in English subtitled French, then English subtitled English, and then finally without subtitles when your level will be solid. I will give you films to watch, with questions that you will give me for the next course and an oral summary, all in an atmosphere of relaxation and love of languages; because languages are very useful but they reflect above all a history, a culture and allow us to communicate! All in all, I would like to show you how exciting languages can be, to help you improve your level of English and Spanish and to give you advice on your questions or to introduce you to a warm language that opens the door to doors of Latin America!
