As part of homework help with children aged 12 and 10, I was able to put into practice my theoretical knowledge in teaching that I assimilated in class and through my personal reading. It is always a pleasure to meet Phil for our weekly online French classes. He is a patient and kind teacher and always full of energy for our class. Phil is interested in a wide range of topics, so we always have something to talk about based on an article he selected as 'homework'. What I really appreciate about his way of teaching is that he corrects me during our conversation without breaking the flow of our talk, so I can really feel my confidence in speaking French increasing each class. I woulf highly recommend Phil if you are looking for a French tutor :)

Mathieu
It has been a great pleasure learning French with Mathieu. He is very experienced in teaching French and he has developed his own systematic way of teaching. Mathieu also adapted the teaching to my level quickly from speaking, listening and writing perspective, and was able to find the best way to help me improve my French. On top of that, he speaks very good English and Chinese, which makes my understanding some French grammatical rules much more solid. I would highly recommend Mathieu who wants to learn French.

Rayen made an effort to contact me prior to the lesson to determine my level and inquire what I wished to focus on. She also called at the agreed upon time. These may seem like minor details, but not all teachers do these. She had appropriate level material ready to share and go over for the lesson. She made corrections as needed and readings were repeated as necessary. My only suggestion would be that she speak a bit more slowly. but this is a matter of individual taste.
