Son premier professeur est Vittorio Marinoni, puis remplacé par Stefano Bertoli. Au cours des dernières années, il a joué dans plusieurs groupes rock / métal / progressifs de la région de Bergame (Italie), perfectionnant différentes techniques et perfectionnant les techniques de double pédale. Grâce à son mentor Stefano Bertoli, Francesco poursuit ses études et joue dans divers groupes Funk / Latin / Fusion / Jazz. Il assiste également aux cours de musique de jazz donnés par Tino Tracanna, Stefano Bertoli et Attilio Zanchi, ainsi que Sandro Gibellini et Sergio Orlandi, où il a l'occasion d'améliorer ses techniques et ses styles d'improvisation. Composing your own music has always been a very rewarding task. This has never been so true as the present day when you can hear what you compose instantly by using computers to generate and play back your own music. However, to ensure that your music sounds really great there are many principles to be considered. I have had a great interest in composing for over 40 years, composing in a wide variety of styles. Having been a music teacher in a comprehensive school for over 30 years, I have had a lot of very relevant experience in teaching composition to a wide range of different ages and abilities. The class will be personalized to your particular standard and chosen style of composition. If you are a complete novice and have not used computers to create music we can use a web-based programme or a free downloadable programme. On the other hand, if you are familiar with a particular programme that you have installed on your computer we can work through screen sharing and sound sharing to enhance your compositions using my experience. I'm a classically trained bass player with 28+ years experience. I offer tuition on the electric bass guitar covering everything from fundamentals to writing basslines and advanced techniques. I also offer music technology lessons. Whatever DAW you use I will cover; recording, mixing and mastering. Also the use of EQ, compression, reverb, delay and other effects which can colour a mix.

However I strongly believe that whether you wish to progress your skills on an instrument to a professional level, simply get the most out of playing In a band with friends or jamming along to your favourite playlists, the art of learning an instrument is an incredibly rewarding skill. In our lessons we will focus on building a solid foundation across the basics of playing the Drum Kit. We will discover the rich and diverse history of the instrument and move through the jazz, funk, rock and pop era's of music. While I am happy to tailor all of these lessons to the student's needs, I do believe having a basic knowledge of where the instrument and it's vocabulary came from is essential and will have a positive impact on the students playing. Listening is important! We will work through a number of landmark recordings that carve the path of the Drum Kit's evolution and continue the listening process all the way to your favourite songs and how the drums affect that music and the rest of the band! I am also happy to work through ABRSM, Trinity Guildhall and/or Rockschool exam grades. Music is all about communication, and being able to fluently communicate ideas on any instrument requires time and practice. However, like with your very first English lessons in school, over time you can develop the skill of communication to a point where you can exchange many different ideas and create interesting conversations (this time between musical instruments rather than your friends in the pub!). Although I understand music is a not a career for everyone, I strongly believe that learning how to play any instrument properly with discipline and good practice will enhance your life is more ways than anyone who doesn't play music will understand.

La idea es pasarlo bien e ir armando objetivos y metas a trabajar para avanzar simultáneamente en técnica y musicalidad al momento de tocar la batería. Paralelamente hay un constante trabajo de postura, respiración y de relajación para mejorar la interpretación del instrumento y evitar lesiones a largo plazo. Usualmente la clase se divide en dos secciones, la primera con un trabajo técnico para lograr mayor soltura y comodidad al momento de la interpretación, se dan ejercicios para mejorar la lectura rítmica musical aplicada a la batería, coordinacion, velocidad, rudimentos, ejercicios de tambor y diferentes golpes donde experimentaremos con timbres. La segunda parte es práctica; ejecutaremos un repertorio a interés, practicaremos ritmos, grooves, aplicando breakes y fills de distintos estilos. Todo esto orientado a trabajar una musicalidad e intuición que permita desarrollar un "oido" rítmico, improvisar y hasta componer y arreglar temas propios.
