I have a lot of experience teaching cello and for me, the most important thing in my lessons is learn well and enjoy. Ussually, my lesson programme is start with a short warm up (technique exercises) to continue with different cello pieces chosen by the students. I have a lot of pop and actual music cello pieces for all levels. In addition, I'm familiar with methods like ABRSM, Suzuki, Feuillard, Duport, Popper and Piatti.

I teach classes based on 3 moments: technical exercises, learning theory, and interpretation of popular music. Preference for rock music and songs in Spanish. More than 5 years of experience giving personalized classes at different levels and ages.

The course can be accelerated and directed to achieve a level that allows you to decipher sheet music, jazz chords and transcribe solo from a song just by listening to it. My name is José Pablo and I am a trumpet graduate from the “Óscar Esplá” Superior Conservatory of Music in Alicante. Currently I live in Madrid and I am studying the Master of Music Therapy + Master in Montessori Pedagogy and from the month of April, I will start the Master in Musical Research at VIU. I have been teaching trumpet classes individually and in groups since 2012. For many people improvisation is a scary word and having to improvise in a group or band is an alarming prospect. However, this really does not need to be the case. As long as you have a basic knowledge of how to play your instrument you will be able to improvise. Once you know the principle of how chords are formed you will soon be improvising with ease. If you play a keyboard instrument you will be able to improvise your own pieces and be able to entertain your friends at a moments notice. On the other hand if you play in a band or a group you will be well equipped to do a real 'jam' session.
