Art classes for any level and any personal goals. Whether you are applying for art school and need help with your portfolio; or you want your child to learn some art techniques in one-on-one lessons; or even if you simply enjoy painting and drawing as a hobby, contact me! We will discuss your goals together and make a plan for our classes. I will teach you various painting and drawing techniques, basics of anatomy and perspective. We'll go on plain airs and do some real-life sketching. I can as well give you some critic and advice on your artwork in general, help with building a portfolio or an artist statement. I have experience of working with children as young as 3 years old, as well as teaching in adult groups and providing personal tutoring for teenagers. My own background is mostly academic traditional art, and I do not teach any digital techniques, but as I do work with animation myself I can give some advice in that area too.

Dans mon cours de dessin, vous passerez d'abord par le dessin d'observation, c'est à dire l'art de voir avant de dessiner car sans observation pas de dessin, puis vous passerez à l'étape suivante de l’expression de soi, de votre propre point de vue par des projets personnels sur des thèmes imposés ou libres, à décider ensemble. J'ai une Licence d'Arts Appliqués à l’Académie Bugeant à Poitiers. (1983), 35 ans de direction artistique dans la communication et 40 ans de dessin non-stop. J'enseigne à l'ECV creative Shools à Nantes depuis 7 ans, chez Brassart depuis 5 ans, chez Efet du groupe Eductive, et chez ISG Luxury depuis 2 ans. Je donne des cours de "rough", une méthode de dessin, de design et de création publicitaire sur papier, avant le passage à l'ordinateur. (Du dessin pur et du dessin typographique ). J'ai une grande habitude de l'échange et du soutien personnalisé de chaque étudiant dans ces écoles. Je peux vous aider pour appréhender et créer via la suite Adobe (Photoshop, illustrator et indesign) que je pratique depuis 25 ans.

Egg tempera is one of the most ancient historical art painting technique. It preserved as a main technique to paint orthodox religious icons. It is possible to learn it and paint your own icon. I have 9 years of practice teaching people how to do it. We work together step by step to understand the technique, the way to prepare wooden panel to paint an icon and the techniques of making a good project to make the icon fit to the board. We also learn how to make gold leaf layer on the nimbs. Your icon will be a real, crafted icon.

These drawing lessons start from a perspective based on practice and specific exercises, according to the student's particular interests. We will work on the human figure, and the head, the expression in portrait drawing, drawing basic shapes and their relationship with texture and volume. I aim to share my experience as a freelance artist and support beginner artists or those with some experience, who wish to continue developing their drawing skills.

I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.

I work as a 3D generalist for cinema and/or video games, with a specialization in 3D Layout/Préviz. During our courses, I will teach you the techniques to create your own illustrations/projects, and allow you to discover if not improve your skills in the world of 3D. As examples, we will learn how to use software such as Blender, 3dsMAx, Photoshop, Zbrush, Substance Painter, and many others.
