The Yi Jin Jing or "Muscle Tendon Change Classic" is a Yang Qi set and is the experience of “Kung Fu Yoga” and is primary to developing what is known as "whole body method". Yi Jing Jing specializes in opening the body and harmonizing strength, flexibility and connection. For most Practioners, Yi Jin Jing is the missing link in their training. Standing Practice and Fa Gong (Loosening Practices) will also be a part of the curriculum. It is an experience in balance and is both vigorous and gentle while invigorating the elasticity of the body. It is also a “seasonal practice” as it clears the excesses, stimulates the bodily systems and strengthens the deficient tendencies. This is an essence practice and so is suitable for all styles, for the young to the old.
