Maths, science, test preparation, and school support
I have the curiosity and eagerness to learn. It gives me a natural ability to teach because I believe only a good student can be a good teacher. I have tutoring experience in the past. I have completed my graduation in engineering. On the professional front, I am a banker. I moved to the Netherlands and am currently on a break. I would love to indulge in my passion for teaching. I can teach school level Math and Science. My goal is to keep students challenged to learn new things. I will be tutoring whatever is required for the school syllabus along with extra information or facts to make learning fun. Test preparation and tutoring for exams can also be done.I cook Indian dishes on a regular basis and would love to teach Indian-style cooking to people who are interested. Every student is different and I will take extra care to have tailor-made classes for each person. I create presentations, use assignments, and prepare before each class. Time is important and I do not want to waste yours. You can message me regarding the classes or your needs. I will make sure to do my best.

Tutoring and support in science subjects at every educational level (also for deepening out of interest).
Building a good foundation for the science subjects is useful for everyone. It is especially essential that the teacher is skilled and didactic in building up the knowledge. I personally experienced that this was missing when I progressed from MBO level 2 to a PhD in physics at the University of Amsterdam. I would like to make a difference and send you on your way to the wonderful world of mathematics, physics and astronomy with a dose of self-confidence. For all secondary school levels and higher education, I can guide you with a plan to increase your knowledge and get the best out of yourself for tests, exams and examinations as well as to deepen your knowledge out of interest.

Oliver
Every child is a math genius | British tutor
When I was a young child, I believed I was not a mathematical person. It wasn't until I met an amazing teacher at age 15 that I discovered my mathematical genius and my life was changed forever. I'm eternally grateful to that teacher. My teacher knew that self-image and self-belief is the key to unlocking your child's mathematical abilities. Everyone is good at maths, but we all have different styles of thinking. Bad teachers teach every child the same way. My job is to find your child's style of mathematics and allow him to discover that for himself. When he discovers that, he will begin to enjoy the beauty and power of mathematics...and then you will see as the grades begin to soar. 👉Click the blue "Contact Oliver" button above and let's discuss how we can unlock your child's mathematical talents! 😊

Khatchik
Mathematics tutoring for primary school students.
Is your child in primary school and does maths require tutoring? Does he think math is stupid? Contact me! With fun and funny tricks and mnemonics, your child will quickly change his mind. Creating a good pedagogical climate and building a rich learning environment is always my goal. I stimulate the students to discover autonomously, to discuss together, to experience, and to come to conclusions. My job is not to fill a barrel, but to light a fire. I am also constantly working to keep my students in the zone of closest development. In this way, I promote their constant development and growth.

"Maths on tips" in easy ways for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels
Maths is a subject that requires clarity of concepts. Sometimes it happens that our basic concepts are not clear thats why we are not able to solve questions efficiently. I'll be discussing with you where exactly you are, will come to your level, and then take you up with me from there. I am a teacher with whom you can ask any basic silly concept to any complex one. COURSE OUTLINE: * Foundation of Mathematics * Basic concepts in Mathematics * Algebra and Trigonometry * Elementary statistics * Modern Geometry * Calculus * Differential Equations This is an outline of the course. Apart from this, if you have any doubt on any particular topic, you can obviously clear that concept with me. Let's start and make it fun.

Thijs
Mathematics courses given by an experienced teacher
I usually teach math and economics in English to students who want to become scientists. I help write a good paper. As long as Corona is there, it is possible via Teams, Zoom, or Skype, but in principle, the lessons in my building are within walking distance of the Central Station.

Fatima
Math classes for school/unviversity students and adults. Skills development for individual needs.
I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Particle Physics at the University of Amsterdam. For over 8 years, I have been offering private tutoring in Mathematics and French. I firmly believe that mastering mathematical logic and a foreign language opens up numerous opportunities for individuals who are willing to invest the effort. One aspect that I particularly enjoy is the challenge of adapting my teaching methodology to suit the specific needs of each student. Over the years, I have developed a strong rapport with my regular students whom I have been assisting for an extended period of time, and I am eager to expand my circle of students. MATHEMATICS: 1- Developing logical thinking and fostering independent learning. I consider my job well done when students no longer require my assistance after three classes. 2- Cultivating abstract thinking and enhancing application skills. I believe that understanding how to utilize mathematical tools is advantageous and beneficial in any field.
