Business is human, which people often forget. Important notice: I do not work at the weekends, so I do not check booking requests until Mondays. Please note any lessons that a student cancels with less than 24 hours notice will be charged for the total amount of the lesson. ENGLISH FOR WORKING SKILLS: I worked as a recruiter for the arts and heritage sector for 8 years in London. During this time I recruited for all sorts of people including: - Front-of-house teams - All levels of administration - Education and outreach specialists - Graphic, exhibition and digital designers - Event managers - Head of Department for the museums and galleries - Conservators and stonemasons - Gallery technicians - Membership sales teams - Marketing staff - Curatorial staff - Tour guides - and many others This has led me to have a vast amount of knowledge about how the arts sector works in the UK as well as a true understanding of what employers everywhere are looking for. During my 8 years as a recruiter, I helped hundreds of candidates with their CV´s, portfolio´s, presentations and interview preparation. Although I specialized in the arts, from time to time I was also asked to recruit for other companies that were not in the arts sector. All of this knowledge is transferable into different industries, and I am more than happy to help you are looking for guidance on how to work in the UK and/or are preparing for an important interview in English in which you would like to have some help with. Moreover, the job you might be looking for does not have to be in the UK, it can be in any country, the main point is that English is the working language and you need to prepare for it. Learn or improve your Spanish with a native spanish teacher (Palma de Mallorca)

Carlos is a patient and kind teacher. We followed a modern book with varied and interesting exercises to encourage conversation rather than straight up grammar. I was mainly trying to get used to the Spanish accent and vocabulary since all the Spanish I've learned before was in Latin America, and I appreciated that Carlos spoke to me in the normal local way.

I found Majda a very pleasant person. She is calm and she explains very clearly. As I'm a beginner, I have some struggles with pronunciation and she repeated each word till I was getting them right :) I would recommend her for sure!
