Yoga crossed my life multiple times but caught my attention at a time I needed a rebirth and a big life change. I went from depressed, burnt out, lost, traumatized, emotionally completely blocked to now feeling strong emotions, having more awareness of mind, body and spirit, let go of heavy baggage, loving myself, my body and my life. It has been a great support in many life challenges and let me to come closer to what living life means. Yoga is a journey not a destination and I'm amazed by the endless process and progress. I decided to share this experience, and be of service to you, so that you can have your personal journey to yourself. In this class we will go through different spiritual practices such as 'Asana' (exercises), 'Pranayama' (breathwork), meditation and mantra chanting. The main goal is to make you have an inner journey closer to yourself, realign yourself and come to more inner peace. The physical aspect of the practice supports the inner journey by moving the energies in our bodies, unblock channels and give back life force energy. Your level of fitness, flexibility or strength does not determine your capacity of managing this class. It's all about you connecting to your body. Even though we will not have a main focus on the physical aspect, you will most probably see and feel improvements in those three areas. Yoga is a great teacher of life. If you use the knowledge you got on the mat throughout your dat, you will see changes and improvements in various different aspects of your life.
