Horse lessons and work with a philosophy based on Natural Horsemanship (ethological riding) and human psychology

Passionate about horse therapy and horse riding, I am a student in the 2nd vet of veterinary medicine and have frequented horses for more than 10 years. The horses having brought me a lot in my personal development, I wish to transmit this passion and all that it can bring us, at any age. I do not offer advanced courses for riders with an already advanced level because my level of riding (correct but not exceptional) does not allow it: to tell the truth, I think I know horses better than riding. However, I offer, for example, initiations (discovery of the horse, restoration of confidence), sessions of approach on foot and / or mounted, walks in hand ... This is for people of all ages. My mare is currently too young (2 and a half years old) to offer ridden sessions with her, I offer walking approach sessions with her. However all types of sessions can be planned if you have your own horse / half board. Do not hesitate if you have any questions ! Theoretical lessons in person or via webcam are also possible! I did 8 months of volunteering in a farm and an equestrian center practicing animal therapy, with children (schools, nurseries, individuals), adults, seniors (EHPAD and individuals) and people in handicap situation (epilepsy, motor and / or mental handicap). I am convinced that the animal can have a real beneficial effect, or at least be an excellent hobby.

Located on the edge of the Soignes forest, we offer riders of all levels quality instruction in the three Olympic disciplines as well as aerobatics and riding amazon. The goal is to train riders who can progress on their own. We are specialized in teaching novice and nervous riders. Our school horses are well trained and quickly bring confidence and efficiency to our students. For more advanced riders, we offer courses in patent preparation up to 3rd degree or coaching for competitions. We also have specialized courses in riding amazon, work on foot, long reins.

I propose private lessons for: - the education of your horse on the ground then in the saddle for a better mutual understanding. - work in the loin and shoulder to relax and strengthen your companion with appropriate exercises. - work in the saddle respecting the locomotion and the mind of the horse. - improve your horse riding by working on your posture, breathing and centering. - give you confidence in the ground and the horse after a bad experience. - break up your young horse. - help you solve a particular problem: boarding van, difficulties to catch his horse in the meadow .. I was trained by a graduate instructor specialized in equestrian riding and dressage judge, I also had the opportunity to work with many horses and I have the heart to be able to relay to you what they taught me for the well-being of your companions, as well as yours. For 18 years I have been busy with the training and care of all kinds of horses. Young and difficult horses is therefore my favorite challenge. I can teach you dressage as well as ground exercises to strengthen the harmony between rider and horse. Training to matches is also an option, up to level M (VLP).

In my opinion, any lasting evolution can only be done through kindness, positive reinforcement and pleasure. All my lessons, whatever the chosen discipline, are explained to the rider through the bio-mechanics of the horse, so that he can understand the physical (then emotional) influence of his actions (intentional or not) on his partner . I wish to transmit to my students not only the technical knowledge of the discipline of their choice, but also (and above all) to open a way for them to a deep knowledge both of their horse and of themselves. Obviously favoring the equestrian technique, my courses will also address, depending on the discipline, related techniques from other sports, arts and activities, such as voice placement, body work, rhythm and movement, balance, breathing, centering, visualization, .. This is to bring my students to a holistic vision of their relationship with the horse, allowing, I believe, an improvement in comfort, pleasure and performance. My primary goal will be to make my students independent, thanks to my lessons. Because autonomy is the path to Freedom.
