My contemporary classes offer movement-based practices that are driven by the uses of breath and imagination to explore the limits of curiosity and physicality. Depending on your experience or level, we will devise a movement practice reflective of how you want to improve and strengthen your dance foundation, flow and confidence. The idea of this class is to feel free within your movement identity and feel you have achieved a movement or workout goal for your day. For all my classes, I ensure that we move at the pace we feel is best suited for us and assure a longevity to your dance and movement growth.

My ballet classes offer both a classical and contemporary approach. Depending on your experience or level, we can start with the basics and move upward from there. We will discuss how the understanding of alignment and movement flow are essential for ballet technique, and build upon your knowledge and application of the basic ballet terminology. For more experienced ballet dancers, we can start from where you currently are and build from there. We will work on enhancing your technique, and applying performance qualities to your overall ballet practice.
