As a pianist who has been performing/recording different styles of music for many years, I have developed a wholistic view of the instrument and its role in music. The goal of this course is that my students will build a strong pianistic foundation while playing the styles of music that inspire them the most. The structure of the lessons will be generally divided to two main parts: - Fundamentals of piano playing (including various techniques and methods that enhance strong piano skills and habits). - Working on the music that is most inspiring for my students (including studying written pieces, learning music by ear, composing, improvising, and many other tools). I am jazz saxophonist and composer from Lithuania. Graduate of Lithuania Music and Theatre academy in 2023. Now studying at Royal Academy of Music in Aarhus.
