    About Me

    My name is Kristal and I am from Brazil. From a very young age, my family introduced me to meditation and yoga, and I always wanted to deepen my knowledge. During my teenage years, I became a professional contemporary classical dancer. My first yoga training was done in Brazil. And the most recent one in bali/ indonesia, with Meghan Currie (2022). Investigative for everything that concerns the body, human, mental, emotional and spiritual, in constant learning. Experience in several areas such as: Vinyasa (main) Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, classical and contemporary dance, pilates, gaga and somatic movement. Yoga Alliance Certified teacher
