The DeRose Method presents fundamental tools for a better quality of life and a high performance in studies, in sports and in professional life. Among these tools, we find a set of techniques that include breathing, body techniques, relaxation, concentration, among others.

In these Private Yoga classes we will work on opening, stretching, strengthening and giving back to your body in a lesson specifically designed for your level.
The lesson will be in your home, will begin with a discussion about what we will work on during the session, 60 min Yoga class and then an ending discussion.
I teach Yoga to help with flexibility, muscle tension release, for strengthening the whole body & core, for stress reduction, for mindfulness and awareness of the body and mind.
I believe Yoga is for everyone and every body, you just need to do what feels good for you.
I’m an Australian Yoga teacher and Personal Trainer currently living in Geneva for the summer. I have been practicing Yoga for over 14 years and teaching for 5 years to groups, private clients of all ages and nationalities, special events and festivals.

Having practiced dance (Latin dances, salsa, hiphop and African) for about 15 years, I propose to create for the bride and groom complete and original choreographies that will surprise and dazzle all your guests! My choreographies will be adapted to the dance level of each, even for beginners it is possible to achieve very beautiful and simple sequences. I can also create your musical montage that will last preferably between 3 and 5 minutes for the day! I recommend a package of 5 to 10 lessons (1h or 1h30) to finalize your choreography and staging. I have a sense of detail and I really like contact with others, I prefer the feeling with my clients so that my classes are a moment of fun and not a constraint.
I also give group lessons of Cardio Latino (every Friday evening at 18:30) in Geneva and I can give some muscle building lessons or Tae Box at home if needed.
I live in Rolle and I work in Geneva so I can easily move between these two cities according to your availability and mine. If I travel to your home, travel expenses will be charged in addition to the price of the course.
