Je baigne dans le milieu sportif depuis que je suis enfant et j’ai aujourd’hui la chance de pouvoir vivre de ma passion. J’ai d’abord travaillé comme enseignant d’éducation physique et sportive avant de me lancer comme coach sportif pour transmettre à un plus grand nombre de personnes les bienfaits de la pratique d’une activité physique.Si au départ ma conception du sport était liée au plaisir, je me suis rapidement rendu compte des bienfaits qu’apporte cette pratique sur notre quotidien, sur notre santé physique ou encore notre santé mentale. As a professional dancer, teacher, and performance maker I am creative, dynamic, full of awareness, and versatile.
I am used to sustaining my somatic and mental health every day to be able to cope with a very physical job.
In addition, I teach contemporary dance, ballet, and a Dance & Healing practice entitled The Transcendental Embodiment. A personal training lesson involves a one-on-one or small group training session with a fitness instructor. The goal of the lesson is to help the participant(s) reach their fitness goals through personalized exercises and guidance.
The lesson typically starts with a conversation between the trainer and the participant(s) to assess their fitness level, goals, and any physical limitations or injuries. The trainer will then design a workout plan tailored to the participant(s)' needs and abilities. The workout may include a combination of strength training, cardiovascular exercises, flexibility, and balance training.
Throughout the lesson, the trainer will demonstrate proper form and technique for each exercise and provide modifications as needed. They will also provide encouragement and support, and help the participant(s) set achievable goals for the future. The trainer may use various equipment such as weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, and fitness machines to enhance the workout.
The goal of the personal training lesson is to help the participant(s) achieve their fitness goals in a safe and effective way, and to develop a regular fitness routine that they can maintain on their own.
