My classes are directed to all those who want to learn or progress in tennis, whatever their age and whatever their level. The lessons I give on one hour are divided into 4 parts: physical warm-up (10 minutes), tennis warm-up (10 minutes), exercises (30-40 minutes depending on the level of the player) and for those who play in competition I do 10 minutes more where we play as a super tie-break (in 10 points) in order to implement what we have just worked in the exercises.
