Hi everyone! I’m presently a student of Genetics and Bioengineering in Istanbul Bilgi University. As majority universities are leaning towards English as the primary source of instruction in Istanbul, I feel it is important to have full command over the language. I have studied English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Psychology under the Cambridge Assessment International Education and have secured A’s and B’s in both my Ordinary and Advanced Level Exams. I had a 3.4 GPA in university. My Biology, Chemistry, Physics and BILET test preparation classes will include detailed discussions of topics as well as solving examples and queries/homework questions.

My Spanish lessons will be skill and grammar focused. I will help the students to develop their language skills so that they can use them in real contexts. For the DELE and Cambridge assessment lessons the students must have a good command of the language because I will prepare them to know the structure of the tests while they practice and develop the main skills and sub skills needed to have a good result. I am a native English language speaker with 5 to 6 years experience in tutoring English to people between the ages of 3 to 20. Therefore I have had the opportunity to experience several different types of tutees as well as English backgrounds. I also have study plans, based on varying English levels, that will enable a person to become fluent in both written and oral English. I currently live in Istanbul and can provide both online and in-person classes, depending on the requirement and location.

I have 12 years of teaching experience, mostly from London. I am actually a qualified Educational Psychotherapist but would like to keep teaching where possible and enjoy meeting new people and having good conversation. This is a conversational class so you should expect relaxed but meaningful conversations with me. All levels of English are welcome, I can easily tailor to suit your needs.
