Currently via webcam I studied at the conservatories of Antwerp and Ghent and obtained my master's degree as a performing musician and my diploma in specific teacher training. My approach is about discovering music from different angles and sensations, from listening and touching to reading and learning, which creates a good balance for an efficient and relaxed way of working. I focus on technique, musicality, analyse, but mostly I try to demonstrate how these are all bound together. I only work with scores (music sheets) which is according to me the best way to learn. I have been teaching cello for 8 years both in Spanish and English to all ages and levels, combining my teaching activity with the interpretative improvement of my instrument. I have collaborated with numerous national orchestras and I have received master classes from great cellists at an international level. In Belgium, I currently collaborate with the Philharmonic Orchestra of Flanders and the Chamber Orchestra of Flanders, among others. Hi! I'm a violinist currently finishing a Master's in Music at Royal Conservatory in Ghent. I started playing violin at the age of 6, and studying with numerous professors made me realize how important an individualized pedagogical approach is for good development. My aim is to motivate students to be creative and enjoy playing music, helping them express their own ideas. A relaxed and natural technique is always one of my focuses, to avoid future injuries and to find ease while playing that will allow you to explore your musicality and feel free.

It is said that out of all the musical instruments, cello is the one that resembles the human voice most. As a professional cellist and an experienced teacher we can explore together the beautiful colours of the instrument's rich sound and get a better understanding of how our body works in the process, without neglecting the importance of music theory knowledge.

My lessons are held for both people aimed at professional performance and for amateurs who want to play for themselves. Piano lessons are structured in such a way that the student receives theoretical knowledge directly during practice. The students' repertoire wishes are taken into account. These lessons help to achieve the main goal of each student: fluency in playing the instrument.
