I am a visual artist born in Barcelona, settled in Belgium since 2017. As an artist I have accumulated experience for the last 25 years. I am graduated with an Academic Bachelor in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona and graduated as a Master in Visual Arts at Sint Lucas School of Arts in Antwerpen. I am specialised in painting, drawing, experimental films, installations, language, sound and curating. In other words, I am a multidisciplinary artist. I understand the artistic practice as a way to understand ourselves and the situations which surrounds us. In my classes I don't teach how to do Art, but as how to say something through your artistic work. With me you can work independently, with a coach who will challenge you with some assignments and giving feedback to your personal concerns. In addition, you will learn how to work with several mediums, preparing your own material: paintings, canvases, and so on. You will not only receive individual coaching but as encourage you to look other artists or take into account other references connected with your concerns. Finding, discussing and retaking solutions together are the core of my classes.

If you love animals and love to draw, then this is the course for you. We'll start off with basic anatomy of a variety of animals, since understanding their inner structure is essential for accurate drawing. We'll also cover animal movement, and how their form changes as they move. Then, best of all, we'll also draw animals from life!

During the classes you will learn about the art of building through drawing, painting, engraving and sculpting. By drawing you will learn the effect of a monument according to its place, for drawing appears to be the best means of developing intelligence and judgment. You will also learn about orientation, light and shade. You will inscribe in your mind the methods used by the masters to produce the desired effect on a given place under particular conditions. You will analyse the fundamental principles, the rules of proportion, those gentle relationships between the parts and the whole, which the ancients gave to the orders in ancient buildings, to those of the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. To communicate your thoughts clearly, to record your observations and to find the reason for all things, you will draw, paint and engrave from nature. Drawing is a language, a means of expression and communication, an art that complements and is indispensable to all professions, such as speaking and writing. I have up to 3 years experience as a graphic designer and illustrator within a Book Publishing House. By being part of the bookmaking process from the very beginning, I shared my ideas in brainstorming meetings along with the account managers, the editorial team and the art director on the projects. I was able to grow my organizational and planning skills by creating designs for covers and interior layouts, by illustrating book covers and short stories, and by delivering print ready files for many projects at the same time. Besides licensed publishing and in-house projects, I am also involved in producing advertising materials for our projects, such as flyers, posters and banners for online and offline marketing and attention to details is my little name. In my class you will learn to be creative and the means to express your creativity.

Drawing is the basis of any form of plastic art, ranging from sketching, to painting, but also to photography. In addition to drawing lessons, I can give lessons in comics, but also in digital painting and software use. You will, among other things, learn the rules of compositions, perspective, colors, storyboard etc. The course will adapt to what the student would like to achieve as well as to his level.
