Depending on your choices and goals, we will work out a personalized fitness program. Then, depending on your evolution and the achievement of your goals, we can rework the program.
We will avoid the feeling of routine through various sessions. Depending on your availability and goals, the session can last between 30 minutes and 1:30, including warm-up and stretching.
Attention: before starting a sporting activity, go to see your doctor and ask him for his agreement! Do not forget that nutrition plays an important role in your fitness.
