BrianaCertified English Speaking Vinyasa Yoga Private/Group Instructor specializing in Asanas & Pranayama
I am a professional dancer who has completed the 200 Yoga Teacher Training at Samyak Yoga in Mysore, India. My training is focused on the physical & mental state within yoga as well as breathing techniques called Pranayama to assist the practice and improve overall well-being. All of my private and group classes focus on making the yoga practice accessible for all practitioners from absolute beginners to advanced students.
I believe Yoga is a shared experience that requires equal commitment from the teacher as well as the student. I make sure that students have a solid understanding of the postures, their benefits as well as the transitions between then to create a strong practice on and off the mat. I am always prepared to challenge the student as well as adapt to their needs.
CathyPrivate Yoga classes (Iyengar, Vinyasa, Sivananda, Ashtanga) at home
Having 20+ years of experience, I am interested in sharing my knowledge of yoga and the benefits of Reiki (energy harmonization) with everyone. I was trained in India where I lived for several years (Iyengar, Sivananda). Iyengar's individual approach allows you to work the postures accurately using the breath, without hurting yourself, learning to listen to him. I currently practice dynamic yoga based on a series of postures by consciously breathing that allows the mind to gradually let go.
Private lessons allow you to establish a personal practice program. After a first interview, during which your motivations and needs are studied, you will leave with a personalized session to practice at home autonomously. I establish and guide a practice that will be reevaluated and intensified gradually by integrating reflexology and Reiki (energy harmonization) during each course.
Private lessons can be done at the teacher's home or in English or in French.
Enjoy a moment of well-being!

MeganPersonalized Yoga Sessions (taught in English). Online and In-Person
Having a physical and mental outlet- such as a regular home yoga practice- is so important. During the first confinement in France, I turned my in-person yoga classes into online sessions. The virtual classes I teach have proven effective for my beginner, intermediate, and advanced students. I have also resumed teaching in-person yoga sessions and classes in Paris.
Yoga aligns your physical movement with your breath and increases physical strength and flexibility. Practicing yoga with a private teacher enables you to have the proper alignment for the postures, which ensures the most benefits. Yoga is great for people of all ages, shapes, and physical capabilities. Just a few of the many benefits of yoga include relaxation, relief of back discomfort, muscle tension, and stress.
The private lessons that I teach are tailored to your goals and physical abilities. Yoga sessions will be given in the comfort of your home, or outside as weather permits.
I am happy to answer any further questions you have, or set up a session with you at your convenience.
Please take note that different fees will apply for groups, or corporate classes (depending on location and number of students). Thank you!

It is applicable to any level, from beginners who want to discover the potential of their bodies to already sportive people who want to increase performance. I try as much as possible to work without any equipment, although a yoga mat would be useful. However, if you already have weights, ropes, or anything else, let’s make good use of them.
PilarHatha yoga, to improve your physical and mental performance
Trained in the Iyengar method in India, Paris and Madrid, Pilar has been practicing yoga for more than twenty years in Geneva. Alignment, fluency and listening are the watchwords of his teaching.
His pedagogical approach aims to adjust the posture of each student according to his anatomy and his abilities. "In my classes," she says, "I try to help the student develop a sensitive awareness, to discover themselves by feeling. Thanks to a physical work where concentration and the movement of attention play a big role, the fluidity wakes up in all parts of the body and helps to improve the functioning of the different systems. WEATHER FORECASTS, MOVEMENT RITUAL & REMEMBERING THE BODY
Develop your kinaesthetic awareness creatively, to establish and strengthen a deeper connection to your body, and the wisdom you have stored within.
Weather Forecasts is my own blend of the methods and techniques I've learned over the years from my mentors in the fields of martial arts, somatics, improvisational & technical dance, performance art, and the expressive arts.
Greats like Anna & Daria Halprin, Sherwood Chen, Sara Shelton Mann, Antero Alli, Min Tanaka, Guillermo Gómez-Peña and Tadashi Endo (to name a few), have given me precious gems that continue to guide me day-after-day.
Movement Ritual is a gentle but expansive method developed by Anna Halprin, living legend of the American avant garde. Remembering the Body was the title of Anna's weekly classes that she offered for decades at the historic Mountain Home Studio in Kentfield, California. She has graciously allowed me to use this title for my own classes.
All ages, abilities, and level-of-experience are welcome! It is my sincere pleasure to share the space with you.

SaraClever stretching - learn the balancing act! Private lessons & more
Do you want to learn the balancing act, do you need more flexibility for your sport or do you want to become more flexible in general?
Did your sports club's standard stretching methods and YouTube videos not help?
Unlike children, most adults find it much more difficult to improve their mobility. Therefore, they must proceed with particularly sophisticated techniques and with caution, because nothing throws back further than an injury.
I use a combination of different methods that combine stretching with training: My exercises stretch and strengthen the muscles at the same time and thus have a positive effect on the central nervous system, which in turn controls the stretching. Therefore this course is very exhausting!
● Breathing and relaxation techniques
● Fascia training and nerve mobilization for improved signal transmission -> nervous system
● alternating tension and relaxation of the muscle or its agonist
● Strengthening the muscle in the stretched state and at the same time improving balance (loaded progressive stretching)
● Using lever techniques to create more room for deeper stretching; isolated stretching of individual muscles (kinesiological stretching)
With the classic approach, you passively wait in the respective position until you automatically dive deeper into the stretch due to muscle fatigue. The muscle is not sufficiently activated, so the nervous system is not affected to the same extent and progress is significantly slower.
If you want to move faster and are not afraid of a little exertion, you should definitely try this method!
About me: I'm inherently inflexible and I started stretching when I was over 20 to become a professional artist. Therefore, I know the difficulties from my own experience, have dealt intensively with stretching and keep myself constantly up to date.
Private lessons at your home, at work or on Skype! Can also be combined with training plans on request.
VivienVinyasa, Yin Yoga, Power, Ashtanga - certified teacher.
I have been doing yoga for a number of years and I teach beginners, intermediates and advanced vinyasa classes. Both Dynamic and Slow Flow. My lessons are 30 to 75 minutes, whichever you prefer, given in English or Dutch. I also teach other styles such as Yin Yoga, Restorative, Power and Ashtanga.
Yoga has done a lot for me, both physically and mentally. It's not just about moving, it's about much more than that, and I'd love to share this with others. I did my 200 hour yoga teacher training in Greece.
I would like to give my students a better understanding of why you are practicing a particular pose, its benefits for your body and mind, and the best way to get into the pose. My lessons are anything but superficial!
AmanI share yoga as a way of living and not just postures, I adapt the classes according to my students lifestyle, level and needs to bring unde
I am a yoga teacher from Northern India. I teach Hatha yoga, Sivananda, kriyas (inner cleaning of the body), pranayama (breath control) and Dhyana (active and passive meditation) and mantra chanting. I run 200 hours teacher training courses in India since 4 years in my school in Goa Ek Omkar Yoga. I just moved to Paris with my wife Delphine Martin-Michaud (Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal and Fertility yoga teacher) and I would like to teach at your studio which is a reference in Paris, has classes in English and would surely benefit from having a male Indian teacher in the team.
I want to teach yoga not just as an asana practice but as a whole life style (traditional yoga) which is based on breath, asana, diet, meditation, mantra chanting to help people with their physical and mental health.
I can teach strong or soft classes to all levels according to the studios/students needs in the form of drop in classes and workshops.
I would be happy to meet you in person when you wish. Looking forward to hearing from you.
