With over 8 years of experience as a Solfege, Oriental Solfege, Oud, and Oriental singing teacher, I am a Lebanese musician currently residing in Mönchengladbach, Germany. I honed my skills for 8 years at the Lebanese National Conservatory. Prior to my relocation, I taught at Casa Beethoven Academy in Lebanon and also held private music lessons. As a concertmaster, I performed with the oriental orchestra "Loubnan Assalam" for over 5 years. My move to Germany was motivated by my pursuit of graduate studies at the University of Kamp-Lintfort. Solfege, the foundation of music theory, is an essential tool for any musician who wishes to understand and create music. It provides a way to identify and communicate notes, intervals, and rhythms, and it is the key to developing musical literacy. In this class, you will delve into the world of scales, exploring the unique characteristics of Western and Oriental scales. We will study the following scales: Rast, Bayet, Siga, Kord, Hijaz, Ajam, Nahawand- Major & Minor Scales. In addition to these Western and Oriental scales, we will also introduce you to the quarter note, which is not traditionally found in Western music. It is a quarter note with a unique and distinct sound. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced musician, this class will provide you with the knowledge you need to use scales effectively for improvisation, singing, and playing any instrument. With this knowledge, you will be able to: * Read and write music (dictation) in solfège notation for both Western and Oriental scales. * Identify and communicate notes accurately in the context of various musical traditions. * Develop a deeper understanding of music theory and rhythmic concepts. * Infuse your musical performances with a broader range of expressive possibilities. We will use the book "المقامات الشرقية by Georges Farah" as the main reference for our study of Oriental solfège. This book is considered the best book in the Middle East to teach Oriental Solfège. In my classes you will not just learn to play your choosen instrument, you will also learn about oriental music, and we will study some music theroy in a simple way to gain a better understanding of the music that we play. From the very first class you will start learning songs and the technique needed to play these songs.

Simplifying the study of music theory, Royal College of Music (ABRSM international curricula), London Analysis and interpretation of music (presented in Arabic and English) By using specific concepts and terms to describe musical elements such as Melody, rhythm, harmony, scale, and musical structure. (Submitted in Arabic and English) as desired Piano Study Piano study includes three main aspects: auditory training, technique, and reading notes. These aspects work together to develop complete and balanced piano playing skills in levels Beginner, intermediate and advanced, with application and level assessment on musical works appropriate to each level (Trinity Piano, ABRSM curricula) Auditory training: Develop the ability to listen and understand music correctly. This includes recognizing tones and melodies. The ear is trained to distinguish between different tones and learn to analyze and react to music effectively. Technique: Technique is about developing the technical skills to play the piano correctly and smoothly. This includes learning to perform different playing techniques such as scales, fourths, eighths, and different accordions. Technique requires working to achieve accuracy and smoothness in playing and developing strength and control in the fingers and hands. Reading notes: Identifying the musical signs and symbols used in musical notes. We learn to read notes correctly and understand the rhythm and appropriate timing for each note according to the performance level of the piano

Piano classes are customized based on students' goals and needs focusing on best tips to improve self practice and memorization techniques. As a beginner, I focus on theoretical plus light technical exercises with short melodies to discover student's potential. As Intermediate, we will work on pushing your musicality and techniques boundaries with a good evaluation of your current abilities. As an advanced piano player, we explore possibilities on working on wider repertoire and probably 4 hands playing. Possible help in Programme notes/research writing if the student is a candidate for the ABRSM / LCM or Trinity Diploma.

آلة الساز (البغلمة) هي آلة موسيقية تتألف وترين مزدوجين علويين و وتر سفلي ثلاثي. لها طابع صوتي حاد وهذا اللذي يميزها عن آلة العود. بعد اول درس سيتم تقييم مستوى الطالب ووضع خطة تعليم على هذا الاساس. وبعد انتهاء الدروس سيتمكن الطالب من عزف انواع الموسيقى التي يرغب بها على هذه الآلة بطريقة محترفة.

A course to learn the bouzouki or oud instrument for all age groups and for children over 7 years old. You can learn from scratch if you have no previous experience For students who have previous experience, we can follow up from the current student’s level. The course curriculum varies from one student to another depending on his level of education on the instrument. For students who have no previous experience, we start with special exercises for the right and left hand to play the instrument correctly and comfortably, in addition to learning to read the notes and solfege correctly, and then we continue and gradually increase the degree of difficulty of the exercises until you become able to play any note you want.
